Simple solution: Make Jureselem (no idea how to spell it) a special province run by the UN, where no-one gets to live or claim it as their own and everyone is free to visit. Its hard to remain unbiased about this conflict. Its a shame to see the might of the Israeli/US military go up against the only force Lebanon/palestine can muster: a few guys with RPGs and bombs strapped to their chests.

I think you missed the point of wanting a genuine R32 windscreen. Its not that they are harder to chip, its the fact that the radio won't work anymore with a non-genuine windscreen!
-
I'm keen for a pair. And i'd like to see some bigger photos aswell, i couldnt find any details of RB camgears on www.arospeed.com

Man I'd love a new windscreen every year - do they know how much a genuine R32 windscreen with built in radio antenna is? Theyre in for a shock....

Maybe use a voltage switch from Jaycar or wherever to get the supercharger to disengage at a certain air flow value? And of course have an on/off switch for when you dont want the supercharger to work at all. The complex part will be getting the air to bypass the supercharger and go straight to the turbo, you will need a few solenoid valves or something.

Just Dropped My Gear Box
xRHETTx replied to Savman's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
My Dad and I did it on my old r31. It was hard and very annoying, i would imagine an r32 or 33 etc would be even worse with the low ground clearance. -

Fs: R32 'jr Style' Front Bar
xRHETTx replied to Bo0oSt's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Just a question, how much clearance do you get with this front bar? Was looking into one but there are a few pebbles on my driveway so didnt want one too low. -
heaps of lego - still got it too, my parents made me keep it when i didnt want it, and now ive got it for when i have kids or find suitable ones in a playground somewhere. Also had alll the Voltron and Castle grayskull, and dino riders. Want much of a transformer man though. My favourite toy was my first bike i guess, my grandpa used to make bikes so he made it for my 4th bday or something. Then a months later my other grandpa ran over it in the driveway with his 4WD. He said it was an accident, BUT I HAVE MY SUSPITIONS.... So then i got a Diamond Back BMX and in a week i'd forgotten all about my old bike. Rhett

Sound like a Nissan Super Turbo March. Beleive it or not they made a factory car like this with a super charger for low rpm then a turbo for high rpm. i think there is a thread on it somewhere on here, there is an article in HPI too.

THis happened to me a few years ago too, but i was the car in front. You are responsible for the damage to both cars as long as the car in the middle had stopped before you hit them. That is, if you pushed them into the front car, its all your fault. But if they ran into the front car first then you ran into the middle car, you are only responsible for the middle car's damage. Well thats how the RACV saw the matter.

Skyline Gtr On American How To Channel
xRHETTx replied to a topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
That is sex. Just plain old fashioned sex. -
Thats cause there is FAQ section for that kind of question. There are 3 active threads right now discussing GTS4's.

Looking To Buy A Gts4..
xRHETTx replied to Jackman GTS4's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
All R33 GTS4's are non-turbo, you know that right? Its only R32 GTS4 that are turbo. And all turbo R33 GTS25t are Type-M. So i dont think the model you are referring to exists? Or am i wrong? -
But isn't there a rubber flexi-joint between the AFM and the turbo inlet? By your argument you couldnt secure a regular air filter box either, yet all manufacturers do. Rhett

Simple: People are idiots. Ban P platers from driving in the rain? Nah, I agree with Ni and the rest when you say its too easy for people to get their licence. I had heaps of friends who had only 4-5 hours driving experience when they got their P's. I had over 200 hours, and i still think i needed more. The new licencing rules that are coming in will hopefully do something about this, apparently there is going to be a logbook where you have to chalk up 120 hours at least in different driving conditions. And for the arguments sake there are corners and roads near where i living which i wouldnt dare drive AT the speed limit even in the dry. And thats in my skyline, i'd hate to see all the bogan 18 year olds in their VN S paks give it a shot.

Ahh Cubes is a smart man and hits the nail right on the head... The more expensive fuel gets, the cheaper PULP gets relative to ULP. Premium has always been about 10c more expensive than regular, so now that regular is like $1.40 a litre and PULP is $1.50, its only 7% more expensive. Back when petrol was only $1 a litre in the good old days, PULP was 10 or 11 dearer! So just tell your dad that. Rhett

I had an R32 gtst inspected by RACV at their Prahan workshop. I thought it was well worth it and that they did a good job. Found some stuff that I wouldnt have known to look for and in the end it stopped me from buying an absolute shocker! The car looked really good on the outside and drove well but had been in a major accident, had dints everywhere under the car and had been resprayed with some rust showing through and compression some not very good either appartently. I didnt know anyone who owned a workshop or anything so it was very good for me. I also had a car inspected in NSW by NRMA who did a good job too. I wouldnt underrate the mainstream inspection services, theyre pretty good.

Only R32s came out with a turbo 4wd GTSt model, the latter ones (r33 and R34) were both non-turbo! As Tuffr32 said, ultimately a stock GTS4 will be slower than a GTSt because of its weight. Also, it will be VERY VERY hard to find a good condition GTS4 in Australia, as they are much less common than GTSt. And then it will be worth more than a GTSt, something like $16k or $18k. If you are interested in making an r32 GTS4 RWD, just take the ATTESA fuse out rig up a switch in the wiring. Its that easy. Rhett

When people say less for cash in terms of cars don't they just mean anything except finance? Eg. cash, bank transfer (same thing), cheque etc. Walking around with $20k in your pocket isnt really feasible, when a bank transfer is only a phone call or a second on the internet away.

My Car Is Slow.. What Else To Try To Fix It
xRHETTx replied to GTAAAH's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Take the boost controller out maybe? At least it will rule that out as the source of the problem. Go to a dyno day, for about $50 you'll get a much better idea of what is happening. -
