Hey guys, I have a r33 RB20E I'm getting 250kms per tank on ultimate, and 300kms per tank on optimax, just had new plugs, new oil, etc. I only rev out gears occasionally, and i cant seem to work out why my fuel economy is so damn bad! Ive put up with it long enough, but now its past a joke! I only live 5-10kms from school so it does do a fair few cold starts a week... Can someone suggest how i can go about fixing this? and getting a bit more kms out of my tank, i dont have any complaints about the car bar that. I was thinking dyno tune, but what else is there?? and is this even possible with the stock ECU. Also, is there anything i can buy aftermarket to make the situation better? can i advance timing etc?? Come to think about it, i can remember, think it 'possibly' was a coupe. however not 2 sure... all i know was it had an apexi computer, upped boost to 15PSI, exhaust, massive fmic and upgraded turbo!!! It went frigin well! sounded awsome as well, asked him if he was on the site, however he wasnt.

Spotted and played with a R31 GTST Rb20det with some nice mods!!! was awsome fun, really nice guy too.. (along athlon drive) Also spotted two skylines, one a silver R33 GTR and i cant remember the other one, maybe a white R32 GTR going towards tuggers along yamba drive around 3.45! i was in the dark grey/purple 33 going towards woden! Checked my insurance papers today, and its infact $699 3rd party, and $849 for fire and theft.. $1399 excess.... And i get if the car is written off and im not at fault i get $3000 back.. Bonus is im allowed unlimited mod's as long as they're legal! Which isnt to bad. And yes, the insurance company really didn't care if it was turbo or non turbo... the fact that i was 16 is what they cared about. Dayne

Hey, I've got insurance on a R33 GTS *im 16* and its only insured for me to drive and the only company who would touch me is just cars, i'm only on third party, and thats $649 and something like another $150 for fire and theft aswell... Hope this helps, And goodluck, i mose well have got a turbo for the price.. thats what they told me anyways. Lets hope you'll have better luck then i did. Dayne

I have an R33 non turbo.. 1995 model, 5spd, 18's, purple/grey paint, m spec bar, gtr grille, massive stereo, 4door r33 front lights (clear lenses) 13500kms.... wheels are 2weeks old.. however, i'd probably keep them and put the old 17"s back on cause im chasing a little more then $12000.. In canberra too!

All top of the line products, probably worth around $2700 itself! Sports exhaust with 3A racing cannon, 3.5" tip Big wing, GTR style M spec front bar GTR Grill 135000kms... Just serviced. Problems : Gearbox makes a slight noise, Few small dents.. Other then that, immaculate condition. Looking for around $15000 but am neg.
