gcg too much and bad service. i was on the fone with them today and they were just.. yeah dont wanna get my turbos rebuild there. no matter how good they might be they got my thumbs down

i am in the process of getting my N1's rebuilt (r32 N1's) they are steel wheel turbos i am looking for a good rebuilder with a good price. i have called gcg and they quoted me 395 per turbo. after talking to my mechanic i called GCG up again and this time they quoted me 990 per turbo, and he was being very unfriendly and told me not to waste his time as i was asking questions. anywayz.i need to know some good decent turbo reconditioners plz let me know :rave:

hm..what RPm does it stop boosting at ??? mines constant at 6K rpm 0.6bar boost but b4 my rebuild the car made 1bar boost power untill 8K rpm and didnt stop untill hitting the limiter

that was the case with mine after rebuild and the boost controller removed it was runing 0.6bar boost. not 1 bat boost as it should be.
