  1. Hey guys, I have sold the GTR and I have a few bits and pieces left over. None of them will fit on my Porsche so I'm having a fire sale: * R33 GTR injectors (came off Series 3 with about 45,000kms) - $290 * R33 GTR center gauges - $145 * R33 GTR guage cluster (under 50,000kms) - $265 * R33 GTR AFM's - $180 * R33 GTR FPR - $25 * Nissan clutch slave cylinder - $55 * Nismo ceramic clutch for R33GTR (plenty of meat). These are meant to be rated at about 450ps from memory but it numerous low 11 second drag runs at 125mph, so I dare say the car was making a tad more than 450ps. Complete with clutch plate, pressure plate and release bearing - $250 * R33 GTR release bearing (only done 3000kms, changed it because my new gearbox came with a new one) - $45 * RB26 head bolts full set with washers. Only used for dummy assembly - $95 * RB26 main bolts. Brand new, removed from my NISMO GT block - $65 * RB26 oil squirters. Complete with bolt/valve - $95 * Standard RB26 camshafts - $90 * R33 steering column shrowd. Excellent condition - $40 * R33 drivers side kick panel - $30 * RB26 oil pump (came off Series 3 with about 45,000kms) - $190 * RB26 head gasket, genuine nissan - $85 * RB26 misc gaskets, manifold, plenum, exhaust manifold, turbo etc. Tell me what you need and make an offer Tomei oil restrictor (brand new in packet) - $25 R33 GTR ECU - $150 GTR Turbos - $290 pair GTR dumps - $50 pair GTR manifolds - $100 pair RB26 solid valve lifters - $100 full set of 24 6 stock RB26 pistons - perfect condition - $150
  2. Thanks guys... Yep...I'd love to see the look on the good Mr Cripps' face now...bet he's not so cocky now. And Adam...I sold my old version 6 STI...I think you are thinking of dad's my02 STI that got knocked off after he sold it...it actually got recovered btw... Oh...and I'm always happy to accept a beer...haha
  3. PM sent...
  4. Sure would... Only reason you would use the maps is if you want to dial into the vehicle with a modem and watch the car move around a map in real time. The GPS/GSM tracking units will work if the car is in the back of a truck, so long as the pantech is not metal. If it is metal, then nothing would work...not even a mobile phone... However, as soon as they drove the car out of the truck, you would get a position, and the unit would record the last known position.
  5. So Rhys (sorry can't remember spelling) you finally have it running...that's great!!
  6. No its not And 11800 RPM is soft... Mine revs to 22 200RPM
  7. Guys that have made offers...first one with $350 can have them.
  8. I have one if you are interested.
  9. These are pipes from the dump pipes to the cat.
  10. I have a set of NISMO GTR front pipes for sale. They are fully stainless and are an equal length design. Last time I checked, these things were nearly 80,000 yen to buy new in Japan. Call 0419 126 206 or PM. $390
  11. If it the exhaust is glowing red hot, I'd almost bet money that the exhaust cam is a tooth out.
  12. GSM uses a complex form of TDMA multiplexing
  13. Of course CDMA can be jammed!! The reason it was (first in the 60's) used for military purposes is that the information can only be retrieved from the carrier by multiplying by the special 'code' wave. The infomration is effectievly encrypted.
  14. Anything can be Jammed!!
  15. Yep...that's what I mean
  16. Did you put a bit of silastic on the front cam caps when you assembled it?
  17. Quiktrak doesn't use GPS, it uses RF triangulation
  18. SARD 800s don't say DENSO on them
  19. I was running GTRS's on a stock motor for a while. They were a bit laggy...but when I dropped in a set of 260 deg PONCAMS, the improvement was huge. On full load in the higher gears, I was seeing full boost (1.3ish bar) at about 4800RPM
  20. Order them from Arias yourself...will have them in one week Or...give the ring measurements to someone like perfomrance wholesale...I'd be suprised if they didn't have something in stock
  21. I'm going to disagree and say that the Giken would be better than the HKS stroker for circuit. The HKS kit (step 3 anyway) is designed to be revved very hard and used with huge turbos...I can't see why you would possibly want to rev anything that hard around a circuit...and besides, it just wouldn't last. Where as the Giken bottom end with biggish cams (maybe step2) and say 2835R turbos would have a fat torque curve and would last a lot better because you would never need to rev it past 9k.
