  1. rx - [7] They are yours then. Jaik said that he wanted them 1 week ago and has had plenty of time to DD the money. I have sent him numerous PM's saying that I have a few others interested, but he has not replied.
  2. Do you still want these Jaik??

    WTB R33 GTR rims

I would like to wish you luck...
  4. Kenny, I forgot to mention that too
  5. My R33 GTR runs Nismo 600cc injestors and a Power FC. I run about 20PSI boost and injector duty cycle peaks at about 75%. Also, there's not much point running anything bigger than 444cc injectors if you run the standard AFMs, as the stock AFMs and injedctors seem to max out at about the same time. My car made 290 kw at all 4 on a dynolog dyno which apparently reads much lower than dyno dynamics dynos. A certain WRX made 270kw on this dyno in the morning and went to CRD's dyno dynamics dyno in the afternoon and made 340kw.
  6. Haha...now there's an idea, but someone must have weighed them before??
  7. My standard capacity RB26 with GTRSs has a fairly good spread of power now. I reckon with 87mm pistons and at least 8.7:1 compression, they would be excellent.
  8. GT-RSs can actually be made to work quite well on street driven GTRs as I am currently finding out.
  9. I heard than the engine is all stock except for new spark plugs too;)
  10. I heard than the engine is all stock except for new spark plugs too...
  11. I have a pair of HKS adjustable cam gears for sale. They are in excellent condition and come complete with original HKS boxes and manuals. The cam gears were fitted to a BCNR33 GTR, but should fit all twin cam RB engines. I removed the adjustable gears because I found that my setup worked best with both cams dialled in at 0 degrees. I am after $300 FOR BOTH.
  12. If someone advertises a car and makes claims about its performance (times it has run), then he or she shouldn't mislead potential buyers by claiming that the time was achieved using street tyres and no nitrous when in fact, the car needed to run slicks and nitrous to achieve the time.
  13. Well...I was there on the night of the run and I know you weren't running Azenis tyres and you were running nitrous. The car was only trapping about 120mph without nitrous if I remember right. If I remember right...I don't think you drove the car on the 10 second pass either.
  14. Who told you that there are no sales of STIs in Japan? When I was in Japan recently, the number of STIs on the road was literally 10 times the number of GTRs. Also, with regards to the bottom end...RB26s seem to spin big ends much more often than EJ20s do.
  15. Just a couple of questions about the car's listing on HPI: * Why does it say no Nitrous when the pass was made using nitrous? * Why does it say tyres azenis when the pass was made on slicks?
  16. Does anyone have any relibale information (or a weblink) regarding the mass of the following wheels: * BCNR33 17 x 9 inch * BNR34 18 x 9 inch Thanks in advance
  17. bump
  18. How bad are the cracks? Do you have pictures?
  19. I am after a pair of rear pods to suit an R33 GTR. Preferably the OEM plastic ones, but will consider fibreglass replicas.
  20. I know of an R33 GTR which makes enough power to run mid 11 quater mile times and still runs standard dumps...
  21. I can guarantee you that a mobile phone WILL NOT jam a GPS signal.
  22. The Jaycar boost controller is very simple. Unlike commercially available Electronic boost controllers, the Jaycar unit is not closed loop. It is basically an electonic bleed valve which can bleed different amounts at different RPM points. It will never check the real time boost pressure and compare it to some target value as the commercial units do. Also, a decent solenoid, like those included in Turst, HKS, Blitz etc boost controller would add to the cost of the boost controller significantly.,
  23. Does anyone know for certain whether the complete strut/spring assembly from a BCNR33 GTR will fit a BNR34 GTR? I need to know for certain. Also, does anyone know if the airboxes between the two models are interchangable? They appear to be VERY similar.
  24. BNR34 wheels are definately 18 x 9 inches BCNR33 are 17 x 9 inches BCNR32 are 16 x 8 inches
