  1. the legalis are even more quiet than the powergetter , but even thats pretty quiet . you should have heard it compared to my old xforce system , it was like stock in comparison
  2. yeah those are the std sII r33 sedan tail lights are you sure you dont have the s1 lights n13 ? they have black plastic on them like this the SII tail looks pretty damn good man , I wouldnt change it if you have the SI the SII can be easily changed to
  3. you can get a full xforce system for 699 including hiflo 3inch cat not that theres anything wrong with custom
  4. go the pulsar SSS a friends mild tune extractors/exhaust/pod kept up pretty well with my stock sr20det 180sx or a s13 n/a then engine transplant when you get off restrictions

  6. the conversion is going to be much cheaper and simpler with the rb but the 1jz is a great engine , extremely strong internally , capable of 600hp on stock bottom and an awesome yamaha designed head
  7. damn , i just fit a trust power extreme II about 3 weeks ago theres a r33 power getter but no 34 so I guess its that . did you have to modify anything to get it to fit ? i had to mod my peII for the 4 door and that was a r34 exhaust anyway strange that its loud , fuji are one of the quieter exhaust manufacturers around and my s15 power getter had no problems passing the pits .

  9. yeah the standard 600x300 cooler will suit perfectly
  10. xforce are good for the price well made , fit ok . bit droney but nothing too bad i never had the silencer in but generally they do cut the power
  11. search an interceptor or piggyback keeps the stock ecu in place and modifies the signals going to it to allow you to change fuel and timing settings they are not as flexible as a full replacement ECU but they are cheaper and work well for smaller power targets
  12. i didnt think fuji made power getters for the r34 i had one on my s15 and it was the best ever but alas I was told not avaliable for r34
  13. if you were in wa id give you my stock exhaust for the day . try and find someone with one in vic maybe ?
  14. the cheap guagues are slow to react , inacurate and die/drift over time and yes autometer are cheap
  15. if a kit supplies all lines , like a gtrs does that make things much easier ? or is primarily a labour thing

  17. thats no surpise , there was a very prominant wolf dealer on here who insisted that it would work also until you finally pinned him down on the facts and then it was admitted it acted exactly like every other ecu so dont worry many of us went through the same process of investigation and finally acceptance of our fate when we got a 33 auto then i just got a manual conversion and powerfc and never worried about it ever again

  19. there is no shift logic in the ecu you want to control the engine. also you will have problems sharing sensors , for example the TPS signal which both ecus will require just to operate properly let along change gears properly

  24. theres not really any point unfortunetly ...... thats not to say I agree with anything thats been posted about various workshops , but the current forum policy means you cant even dicsuss it to establish the truth as nib said I would get your engine thoroughly checked before you start this , theres no point spending 12k and finding you need an engine rebuild after its gone
