the problem with the avcr is they are unstable and overcomplex just search these forums youll find quite alot of people who have had issues , infact read this thread now search for people whove had problems with a blitz

it matters when you pay your workers 40c a day and only spend 6$ on materials for each manifold

theres a new blitz i-color or something with the slick colour screen and more logging/display options . the id3 has a mono screen and still has some pretty good monitoring/logging options the duty cycle/boost curve learning thing can be tough to setup but its great when its working . the blitz can be set to manual if you want to go old school

blitz sbc-id3 is def the best boost controller in terms of controlling boost although it lacks some of the fancy features of the avcr if you got a auto r32 or 34 you can remap the stock ecu . much more control than an emanage

pros great power output with small mods cheap good styling cons expensive to modify , service and repair overheating issues big and heavy

get like the little rocker cover coil pack cover insert thing made up custom that says RB25 NEO that would be awesome thats my plan when I take the big cover off to fit some sensible FMIC piping

autos suck power eventually kills them unless you spend money on stengthening them and they limit the amount of mods you can do as aftermarket computers dont work with them properly but they are cheap to replace

it looks better without it man , dont worry about it

response will be slightly worse with a FMIC however FMIC is a supporting modification , it will allow you to make more power later on , IE higher boost levels

r33/r34 manual geabox is extremely strong , it will take masive amounts of punishment unlike the rex . AFAIK its essentially the GTR box minus the 4wd transfer case . r33 have ceramic turbine wheels which are prone to braking IF overboosted , replace with a different turbo or hiflow steel wheeled stock turbo if you want to run high boost apart from that look for the usual turbo engine problems , lack of fresh oil - japanese are notorious for not servicing properly , detonation from to much boost/poor tuning/poor fuel

thanks everyone you can get non turb rb25 sedans , but i think theres a rb20 sedan that cant get . but who wants a non turb! definetly lower it , the ride hight is heaps more than the 33 and the seating position is high to . although the front bar lip already scrapes sometimes . does anyone know why the 34 handles much more "tightly" than the 33 , is it a physical thing , wheelbase etc , or just diff suspension setup ?

please give my new skyline some love . its just a stock 34 triptronic sedan but damn its fine! so much tighter than my 33 ! its got a front bar lip and eyelids since that pic thank you

yes and finally a skyline where the 4door tail lights are actually the nicest ones!

the s15 gearbox is totally crap sooner or later it will have problems/noise . its just a matter of time

forget the 1500$ , just get autoworx to do it and know everything will be sweet

we all love our skylines but the r34 is not really worth the cost to upgrade from r33 . these are still very similar cars . the extra 20kw of the neo is going to be almost gone by the time you get a powerfc and tune it up . unfortunetly if you want a real step up upgrade your going to have to look at something else , nissan just dont do sports cars like skyline anymore . unless you like the 35 . which most dont . and NA doesnt do much for me personally

they also come in non triptronic autos , although ive never seen a non triptronic auto in the flesh

i have an xforce 2 door exhaust on my r33 4 door and it lines up and fits fine . it sits maybe 1inch in but it looks fine , not strange or anything you wouldnt notice
