Oh I thought you're just squiting too hard ..
-
Yeah, I know .. I didn't buy an N/A car and expect it to be fast. I just thought that there are too may Skylines in the street and that the Supra looks a lot nicer, my opinion only of sourse As long as it's as fast as my girlfriend's 2000 Prelude, I'm happy, because the only person I'll probably race against would be her
-
Oh yeah if I squint hard enouogh I can see the similarity My girlfriend described it as a Frog from Star Wars (GT-Wing) Hmm looks as though the N/A Supra will be an easy target for those Commodores now

Yes after 3 months in my Skyline I thought it's time for a change, and got myself an N/A Supra. Anyone here know what's the performance of a N/A Supra vs a GTST ?? Probably a mismatch ?? OLD

Mine is forsale .. http://home.iprimus.com.au/r_huynh/skyline.html

If you have a clean record and 60% NCB, try Torque .. I'm paying $831 p/a for $24,000. -
Although most of the youngies here would argued that age does not matter, and it comes down to the driver's ability and common sense. Well having turn 30 recently I have to disagree . In general, young male driver between 18-25 age group have the highest fatality rate of all age groups. Why is it that insurance company won't insure people less than 25 yr old, and if they do, the premium is so high ?? I think at this age people tend to take MORE risk and coupled with the inexperience driver behind a high powered car you’ve got a nasty combination. I don’t know why people tend to take more risk at this age, and mellowed out when they get older, perhaps because the testosterone stop flowing as you get older, or perhaps losing your hair stops you from going out and impressing the ladies or perhaps you just realized you're just a human being and accepted your own frailty..

Hi I received a phone call from *****tonight expressing concern regarding the public criticism of himself and *******on this forum. After reading Gr33dyMango’s posting about his problems, I too raised some concerned about the issue that I had with my alarm. In hindsight I think it was wrong of me to have publicly posted the article not realizing the potential negative impact on *****future clients. I think it was a matter of seeing one guy’s problem (Gr33dymango) and associate it with mine and came to the conclusion that it’s all related. To make it clear, the problem that I had with the alarm was nothing to do with *****. I think it is important that we do not neglect the overall picture and emphasize only on the negative aspect. In this example, I’ve totally forgotten about all the positive work that ***** had done for me, e.g. the quality of workmanship, the follow up that he had carried out, and only remembered the one negative issue that I’ve experienced, and as it turned out, it’s nothing to do with him. Anyway, I would like to clarify any misunderstanding between myself and ***and would gladly recommend ****service to anyone who wishes to comply their car in the future. Regards Richard.

I'm with Torque .. $830 per anum .. 55% NCB, 2 demerit points .. I'm also err ... older than 29 and less than 31 ..

Hi Adam, Where did you failed ??? East Perth would be good as it's only around the corner from work. Bye Richard
-
A silencer ??? Not sure what's the size of my exhaust, but it's nearly as big as the rear lights, and it's way too loud for my liking. I've put in an amp and 12" sub and still could hardly hear it unless I turn it right up so that I can see my read window vibrate ..

Thanks for the offer guys !!! If I can't find a replacement tyre by next week I'll give you a call Ben .. hmm .. seems like you guys are the trusting type, what's to guarantee that I won't run off with your spare tyre ??? j/k Thanks Richard.

Hi I'm in the process of taking my car over the pit next week, but I'm missing a spare tyre in the boot. Does any one know if it's compulsory to have a spare tyre in order to pass the pit inspection ?? Better yet, does anyone have a standard spare rim/tyre floating around that they no longer need ?? Also, anyone here FAILED a pit inspection ?? What the reason for the FAILED inspection ?? The reason I'm asking is that the exhaust on my car is rather noisy, and I'm a bit concerned that they might fail the inspection. Anyway, a few more sleeps and they'll be another Skyline on the street Bye Richard.

Hi Justin, What sort of problems are you having with your compliancing ?? I had a bit of an hickup with my alarm as well. In the ended up with a P785, but later found out that they installed a P755+other bits and pieces to make it a P785. Got my stereo installed by them as well .. Anyway, better check/ask if they serviced your car .. part of the compliancing is that they're suppose to do a full service before giving the car to you (well that's what I was told by the owner).. I think my plate is arriving on Tuesday .. Anyway, don't speed too fast !! .. Bye Richard.

Hey Justin, I got the temp 48 hr permit last weekend and drove it around ... Went passed two or three police cars in town but no one pulled me over. Probably because I was moving like a snail .. Bye Richard.

Hi Radium, Nope, the white one with the GTR body kit is mine.. Got it detailed for $100, if anyone is interested. It was so filthy when it got off the boat .. I think it would have been better had I clean it after I got the car over the pit, but I just couldn't look at a dirty white car. Bye Richard.
