  1. Another white one in Melbourne's east/south east...... Welcome dave.
  2. Whilst looking for different grill options for my M35 in Japan, I came across this..... Not a Volvo......but WTF? I can't seem to get my head around why anyone would even bother going to the effort of attaching any 'other' make. Not sure what sort of statement/joke this might be, but then they are serious about trying to sell it for 8900Y. They must seriously think there is a market for this??
  3. Spotted Aaron with his missus going down Cheltenham Road from Braeside towards Keysborough today in the black barge
  4. Had the option indicator mirrors wired up today -all working now. Then gave car a wash.
  5. Nisswreck are in Adelaide and no doubt they would be wrecking a V35. I'll still find out a price from my guy for you - most likely tomorrow.
  6. Fuel Filter Part Number = 16400-4M405
  7. Pretty sure (???) they are the same as V35 Skyline - I have a friend who is wrecking a couple of V35's can make an enquiry if you want? Unless you know of any being wrecked in Adelaide?
  8. Cleaned AFM, installed new Blitz air filter and powerduct.
  9. The first one is a copy of the Dolphin. Aaron has one on his car and can explain the difference when he sees this thread. I've got one which i bought from the same seller in Japan with a friend at the moment which i will pick up when i am there early October. If you do buy the first one, pay the extra to get it painted in your vehicle colour from the same seller. The link you have posted comes unpainted. IMO it is worth the extra 4,500Y to have it painted then sent. Would probably cost more than $50 to get it painted here. Link to painted one: http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/150272379 If it is white like the ones in the link (& mine) the paint code is QX1 Agree with Iain, either will fit the Aero bar.
  10. Spotted white C34 S2 on Whitehorse Road around 4pm today crossing Mitcham Road heading towards Ringwood.
  11. This is for the whole dash assembley for a G35 Infiniti (V35 Skyline) but the first few steps shows you how with diagrams. http://documents.victorytechnologies.com//documents/product/9438.pdf or this one: http://www.sound-repair.com/index.php/infiniti-g35-03-05-stereo-removal-instructions/
  12. Certainly do know Shaun. He recently sold one of his cars. He would know me also seeing he should be getting all my emails from The Prince Skyline GT Register. First met him at Bathurst in 2006 when i organised a National Meeting for the Prince Register. I had my light blue Prince there. Had a good long chat with Shaun at the bar on the first night. Beers were flowin' nicely... Say g'day for me....
  13. Whiteline Group Buy Sway Bars fitted today (finally!). Also gave it an oil change and new trans fluid. Then to finish the day off - a spirited drive with the new sway bars.......Gotta love doing something new to your car!!!!
  14. Well i finally had time to fit the Sway bars today......no problems encountered with the install at all. Took advice from here and dropped the exhaust from the back two hangers to allow more room for the rear bar to be removed and new one installed. First impression was how solid and firm it made the steering feel from the wheel, even simple turns and lane changes.... Certainly notice that there is less body roll and it is noticeably more 'eager' to duck into turns. Cornering feels much more natural. I dont feel like I am fighting the car around the corner anymore but more guiding it through - feels like the car is now inviting me to take each corner faster! Well worth the investment Thanks again Dale
  15. Lynbrook???? lol You have some very knowledgeable M35 people basically over your fence....... Once again congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum....
  16. must be why my mate didn't buy a car from them....
  17. You've lost me Aaron??
  18. A mate of mine looked at a black one at Power Road Car Sales recently, but it didn't have the aero front bar as you mentioned, like the one on car sales in your first post. I think he also said it was leather (beige) with twin sunroofs? Was there another one there that you bought? Congrats on your purchase though. Where are you located?
  19. I've found the perfect buyer for the bar off you Jethro! Ring this mob, and tell them their car would look a lot better with and Aero Bar on it 'cause with the stock bar it looks stoopid with the big skirts..... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2002-Nissan-Stagea-M35-250T-White-5sp-Wagon-/140568280682?pt=AU_Cars&hash=item20ba85be6a
  20. Sounds odd to me also. Would be interested to hear more though (if possible)....Jim (no doubt) and I would love to know of this. There was an S20 engine in Adelaide a long time ago, but it quickly left Australian shores......
  21. Sounds like the import houses you have been talking to are saying it is a long wait to find them 'cause they would in turn 'wait' for one to pop up at auction. Auction houses are not the right avenue to sell these cars in Japan - Certain yards in Japan is where you need to look if you were serious. There are enough around to be able to purchase.... Agree that it would be great to have one in the garage, but you would be struggling to find one even at $60k. Start talking $80k+ and you would start to have better luck. Out of my ball park at the moment, which is why i will clone one with my KGC10 (until my money trees start to flower)..... Back on topic....I do hope you get one for your wedding, and be sure to post some pics. if you do. Hopefully Jim will be able to help out..... lol - i wasn't going to say it in so many words....i was hoping to hear more about the Register on every single S20 engine that is maintained by Nissan and the constraints they have over allowing them and KPGC GT-R's leaving Japan.
