  1. mate i bought one of these kits. the dude is a bit of a stooge. he had a kit pictured with silver piping then turned around and told me that it was for blue or red anodised piping after i bought it. i told him that i was going to contact ebay and inform them and all that sort of crap, so he sent me the cilver piping. also the pipes dont line up at all mate ,i had to modify them to make them fit. there generic fit piping rather than model specific. do yourself a favour and buy a better quality one. just my opinion.
  2. got the same kit and i drilled a hole, then tapped it, then screwed a nipple into it, same principle as the original piping and it still looks pretty neat
  3. i know that there is a few in the drags/ look out for my mates r34 HKSJET. anyway there is drift masters, so this suggests imports. shoul dbe a massive range of cars
  4. i heard a rumour that there is supposed to be a massive cruise on afterwards? havent been told where but who knows, anyway if anyone knows post it up. should be an awesome day, weather permitting
  5. looks crappy i reckon having an aerial half way up when your listening to cds. however would it be possible to fit a series one aerial to make it go all the way down???? thanks for that anyway
  6. i installed the hybrid gt spec fmic. these kits are crap. trim the fan blade? why do r&d sections of motor car companies spend thousands and thousands of dollars on perfectly balancing the clutch fan, its because it is one of the most integral part of the engine. its bull s%&t. i extended the mounting brackets to clear the fan and had to make some minor mofidfications to the actual pipng(by this i mean with the F?&king angle grinder) to make it fit. do your self a favour and by a kit that is model specific and not generic. its not the cooler dont get me wrong it works perfect now, but dont even think about following the instructions to fit the piping, there f&8ked.
  7. just wanted to know whether or not the aerial goes all the way on series II r33s, when the car is on??
  8. its a r33 gtst, cant see anything bleed valve or anything
  9. hey i was talking to this guy and he was positive that his car was running 10 psi. now his car is completely stock, i mean he has an aftermarket muffler and a boost gauge. his gauge reads 10 but i cant see that it has been boosted by any method and it sure doesnt drive like it run 10psi. anyway i said that stock boost is 7 to 8 psi depending. this is right yeah?
  10. just found out about this twin turbo filtration units for 999 automotive. has any used them or heard anything about them? looks to me that they would have to be in a box cause the cops would have a field day with them. they are to suit gtst's and they sell for $155 with adapter and delivered/ some opinions would be much apprieciated cheers
  11. hey fellas i have exactly the same problem with the exact same kit. i have been advised that you can get screw in nipples for the new piping. this is what i plan to do. also putting a t piece in the vacuum line between the stock bypass gasket and the inlet manifold. another quetion, did you guys have to trim your fan blades to make the crossover piping fit? this seems F*%king stupid because the fan is a crucial part of the engine and is perfectly balanced and cutting it would cause shuttering and the water pump to crapp itself? anyway what you guys do? r33 II
  12. also having trouble fitting the crossover pipe due to fan being in the way. instructions say to trim it but i am not too keen to do this. any suggestions
  13. reckon you could post up some pics

  19. i was just after some advice on installing a new hybrid GT Spec on to an r33 series II and have come in to a bit of a dilemma. i have the original piping and on the top pipe there is a little hose attached but there is no spot for it on the new piping. eg the pictures that i have attached. some advice would be much appreiciated. thanks
  20. hey fellas i was going to cut the lower section of my series II to fit my FMIC this weekend, but now it doesnt seem like such a good idea. i realise that it would be basically changing the srtructural integrity of the car, but how else are you supposed to fit a front bar or a FMIC????? any suggestions would be much appreiciated.

  24. just wanting some peoples advice with removing the rear wing on a s2 r33. i have removed the two bolts from underneath and am not quite sure whether the stuff holding it down is the dreaded sickaflex or another type of adhesive. if anyone has some tips on how to counter this problem it would be much appreciated. thanks
