Gday all, I am looking to buy my first skyline and though I've been doing my homework on the subject I'm not too sure about pricing. The specs for the car I'm looking at are below.

From what I have researched around various places this seems to be a good deal, The seller is not keen on a mechanical check which is sus but hopefully that can be resolved. Insurance is sorted already.
What offer do you think I should make him/what should be the max to pay for it?

[edit] btw, no photos unfortunately but if I had to give an indication of paintwork etc i would say somewhere between grade 3.5 and 4.
