I too have a driveway from hell... probably need to test out stock height before trying this. It makes quote a noticeable difference to the look.

I don't want to discount the CarPC completely - I'm a nerd like many of us here and would love the full PC functionality and customisability. Having said that, my thoughts were to retain the factory Nav/TV screen, hence why it would need to be remote controlled, as it's not touch screen, and to make the install as painless as possible (in such a complex car). If I can't arrange what I want, CarPC may be the next best solution.

How much has going up/down driveways/speed bumps changed? Are you scraping at all? I don't suppose you could measure the height from the ground to the front bar?

Hi all, I'll be needing to get an alarm installed when my car arrives. Can anyone recommend a good alarm installer around the inner south of melbourne? I'm looking at having a Hornet 727T installed to be able to use my OEM key. They would need experience installing into a CAN bus vehicle Approx pricing would be useful too. Thanks, -Max.

This is an interesting thread... What driving styles do you guys use? If manual, what RPM do you shift at. Also, what can we do (besides babying the throttle) to remain as economical as possible when not fanging around? Any good fuel economy mods? Has anyone used anything other than 98 RON? The Yanks use 91 and seem to run fine?

Yep, that's a pic from those taken at the docks in Japan before shipping. Very sweet colour if I do say so myself. It was a toss up between the blue and the black, I thought the blue would stand out more and would look cleaner for longer. The black is super sexy, mind you. I've seen maybe 4 on the roads in Melbourne, mostly Silver and one white. And keep in mind that's including the additional amount one notices things when they are interested in them... I could have gotten a top notch R33 GTR for the same money (or less) but there was no contest for looks, comfort & rarity (at least in Aus). Not to mention the GF loves it too. ~9 days to go til arrival.

Sure I remember, Dan... still have the photos from that BBQ How's the GT-T treating you? My testes remain firmly attached thank you very much. If my mother had her way I'd be driving a Corolla. And yes, I have been eyeing a few different FI kits of the SC, ST and TT variety. I think I will spend my money on some handling mods first, and learn to drive properly this time, before I go nuts with the POWAARRRRR (by which time I'll have an R35 anyway)
