Hi all, Well they're on the car! I went for the ZE-326 Falkens. NOT the fk-451's. In a 265/35/18 they're all about 400-500 a tyre but i got a good price on the ZE-326. Not the top performing of the range but acording to the guys at Owen tyres, plenty good enough for normal-hard street use. So far they feel alright, a shit load quiter than the Formula-R's that's for sure. I noticed the difference in grip straight away from those baby's. But for 260 a tyre fitted and balanced I'm not complaining one bit so far. I've got slicks for the track anyway. The R34 GTR rims look awesome, super stoked!!! True that's correct but hardly what you'd call a production car. Back in 96 the 33 gtr was heralded as the best production car in the world by the International press. This was then backed up by the odd interesting lap time around the Nurburgring. Still...big call in my opinion, but hey, I'll live with it...eh eh. Sebaz

An interesting point just discovered is the lack of 265 size in the Dunlop fm901's. they only go to 245 in 18's... lame... So they're out then. So it's the grb's and the michelin pilot preceda... Last call for comments... Sebaz

Everyone has been saying the grb's are a bit noisy.. How have you found them duncan? Sebaz

anyone else got some ideas? I'm going 18 x 35 x 265 in size so a good wearing tyre with ability to handle a bit of power before spinning up is what I'm after. Short of the Dunlop Formula-R's what else could I go? Don't feel like paying over 2K for tyres this week..(insert large cough here!!!) Sebaz

About to slap on some more black stuff, who's had good experieces and with what brands? Please put price paid. I'm thinking the Faulken GRB's are hard to beat for the price. What about the Dunlop sp9000's? Or the Bridgestone potenza's? Help!! Sebaz

PowerFC and hand controller 2K Tune in it will suit any standard gtr with a quick fine tune to suit your engine and you're away. My car is stock bar a cat back HKS exhaust. Dyno'd it did 255kw at the wheels at 1 bar happy to fax anyone the sheet. Save yourself about 1K in tuning and buy it already setup! Set of R33 GTR stock rims with Formula R's 50% tread 2.5K Rims are in excellent condition. Greddy Profec A boost controller 400 complete with all wiring and kit etc. cheers, Sebaz

I have a Trust Gracer front bar to suit an R33 GTR. It's white but could be sprayed to suit. a little damage but easily repairable. 600 would secure it. List they're 3K. Sebaz

Hi, I'm selling my PowerFC and hand controller as I return my car to stock to sell it. I'm asking 2Grand with the hand controller and what is probably the best tune I've heard off on a near standard R33 GTR. I have a HKS cat back exhaust. (255kw at the wheels at 1 bar). Only minimal massaging would be required to spec to your engine if your car is stock. I'm definately selling it in the next week or so. Also if interested I have a set of 80mm meters (Z32) which is a common upgrade with Powerfc for GTR's. It's a selctable option in the computer to read the different voltage etc. I just never got around to fitting them. normally 350 a meter, 700 for the set.
