If a skyline r34 gtt use a carbon blade rear ring will it get defect?

Because I just checked by someone and he said that's non-turbo, so do you think is that the main point?

My car is 1998 r34 25gtt automatic. And there's a problem of the dash cluster only speedo not working but the other is fine so I would like to know what's the problem? And is the 25gt and 25gtt have to use different dash cluster? Because I saw in eBay someone selling some cluster only for non turbo some is for turbo. Thank you
