Hi, thinking of getting an R34 SMIC as a cheap upgrade on the R33 to let me run a bit more boost while keeping the stock look and still allowing full air flow to the radiator, just wondering though how much bigger it actually is and if it is worth it. Anyone who's done this swap got any comments on it or instructions on how to install it, just a case of bolting straight up where the stock R33 one is? And more importantly, any pics comparing the size/width of the coolers?

Probably been covered before, but looking to remove the spoiler on my S1 R33 because it badly faded. Just wondering the easiest way to get to the bolts holding it in place? Is it just bolted down, or is it glued down as well? Cheers

Obviously you didn't read, you are thinking of the oz-spec, which were completely different to the jap HR31. Jap HR31, as racsov said, had IRS, ABS, HICAS, AutoSpoiler, and lots of other features. The one sold here lacked all of that, and was targetted at the commodore and falcon sort of range, not the more upperclass that it would have been if it included the sort of things the japs had.

Chicks dig R33s... Therefore R33 > R32

Price is the exact reason I got an R33 instead of a 32. I paid a LOT less for it than people are trying to get for R32's over here at the moment, and to me it's a better car in every way. It has enough space inside that it is easier to drive long distances, much better engine ( I'm talking stock here ), and more potential, for a decent turbo manual r32 coupe, I'd have needed to spend an extra 3k+ more.

If they did then it would have been big enough to hold a 2L maccas cup. Skylines are great bang for buck, especially R33's. Good space without being a massive car, even in stock form they are quicker than a lot of other cars out there, great sounding engine, good brakes, and of course the taillights. Only problem is the boot space.

Put me down for R33 S1 handbrake & gearstick boots
