The night of those typhoons in town, i was in there, i was going past carrington and a highway patroll was behind me and overtook me and did not even pull me over or give me a second look. I watched them defect the crap out of people all night and know a few people who got sent to the pits. I was driving slow and taking it easy, it might have something to do with my car being standard height, i never have any issues.

i saw a guy with GTR tatt and he doesnt even have a skyline, and one dude i saw had the holden logo on the back of his neck. Swear some people are bogans around here.

what will need to be changed to run this setup ? just the crank ? or the pistons and rods too?

i seen a car with a fauly CAS once, it backfired out the exaust so loud it scared the crap outta me 100 meters away, and then it blew the exaust mufflers up. Wasnt funny when it scared me, but it was funny when it came past and the exaust was dragging on the ground.

Look at that front housing. I dont think garret would let that kinda work out of their factory.

Nistune is great, some of the features available are soo overkill. I have tuned a couple for my friends. any decent tuner should be able to nut it out if you have all the hardware needed.

the way you can tell if the bottom of the engine is on top dead center is to check the keyways, they should be facing up in the middle. As well on the timing gear that the belt runs on, there is a . which marks up to the indent on the oil pump.

When you said changed not long ago, was it changed with a brand new unit ? or a second hand one? These sensors are only worth 40,000km's. If its older then that or your unsure how old it is... Change it!

The turbotech will do a good job and be easier to install. For the money that little contraption is great! I was thinking about removing my current avc-r and putting the turbo back on because it holds boost at 26psi where the electronic cannot because the wastegate spring is too light. OR get a bigger wastegate spring. Turbotech rocks. Get one.
