I got this problem with my 3 litre.. it allways knocks on the PFC but we can never hear it at all!!! I took it to many dyno's and they tuned it with knock levels of around 100 yet there was no detonation because we could not hear it at all. They told me to ignore the knock level because its not knocking. My knock sensors used to work ok till the 3 litre went in to maybe we tightend them up too hard ??? how do you know when its in too hard ??? how to you get it right ?

I got a R33 GTST 1995 series 1.5 and i blew my diff a few months ago so I put a series 1 gtst dif in my car and there was no provision for ABS sensor on the front of the diff so my ABS light is on now and the ABS is not working. So now i can get hold of a R34 diff which will fit but the ABS go on the half shafts and not on the front of the diff where mine goes. If i use the R34 half shafts is there anyway I can hook up the R34 sensor to work with my R33 and have the ABS work properly. has anyone done this before or know if it can be changed over easily or should i just hunt down the correct diff ? I would rather the 34 diff if i can. Please help!!! Thanks

nah not yet mate. i know the signal from the ecu is good because my apexi speed meter works well. So i dont know maybe the wire is buggard where its joined up too ?? Will have a look at it one day if i can be bothered

mine does the same.. it just stopped working one day.. it has been broken for nearly 2 years. wish i could fix it.. was hard to know when to change gears at WSID

Thats cool.. at the end of the day its "ALL IN GOOD FUN" no need to get so abusive about it... I decided not to get this sticker for my car for the pure reason that if some typical holden fan (and there are lots of them) saw the sticker on my car at a shopping center or something then who knows what they would do to my line. So yeah its not worth it i wreckon.

hey! I got casties in my rb30 too. did you change the rod bolts at all? because mine are stock also. How much power have you made ?? Mine was tuned to 16psi only because i am too scared of breaking the engine. if i was game id run it to 22psi and roll off another hundred hp at the rear wheels at least.. but yeah im scared of the cast comming to pieces or something lol tell me the details of your engine ?? will be interesting for my next power up

yeah man... on mine where the light switch is - just next to it a bit further towards the steering wheel there is another switch. try flicking it on Unless yours was crashed or something and they put that front bar on it and it did not have the correct provisions inside for it.. Check it out I can take a pic of it for you later if you need me to
