  1. mine goes up to load point 16 or 17 on 9psi - RB30DET with 25 head in r33 with r33 pfc. Does this mean i will have this problem when i finally want to run bigger injectors for bigger boost ? they are running at 90% + atm and im only running stock injectors
  2. the panel filter will probly work pretty good anyway.. spend the money elsewhere
  3. maybe what do you want for them ? I seen your car at turbo technics a few times... add me on msn [email protected] and we can chat about it
  4. How does this make a difference ?
  5. okay mate. This is the go. Normally Nissans run about 35psi of fuel pressure through the fuel rail at idle which then raises 20psi under boost. If you install a adjustable fuel pressure regulator you can set the base pressure to 55psi which then raises the fuel pressure to 75psi under boost which will squirt more fuel into the cyl and allow you to get that little more out of your injectors - think about a 15 - 20% increase in injectors. So if you DO decide to do this instead of updating your injectors please go for a good quality fuel regulator. SX Nizmo Sard In that order - or any of the above fuel pressure regulators are reliable. The malpassi ones available have been known to fail so try and stay away from them. If your only after a little extra power or keep the injectory duty down the fuel pressure reg is the way to go - otherwise get 700cc injectors and be done with it. Not worth exploding your engine.
  6. you have taken the first step!!! Hope you do end up scorin one as they are awesome i love em. Anyway the best place to get a modded skyline second hand is from the for sale section right here. Women make us skyline owners sell up at times.... "either the car goes or i go" Anyway keep looking you will get a good deal
  7. What you want to do is tighten the BOV so it does not go off OR it goes off with the BOV thlutter
  8. I too want to have air temp sensor on my PFC. Can someone please tell us whats involved on getting this to work. Do you buy the attatchment and use an rx7 air temp sensor??? or wot?
  9. go to the SARD 700CC bolt in injectors - sell your rail.
  10. 180rwkw on auto should be fast!
  11. not a high rpm launch - i tried 5000 6000 and got 2.2's constant - only when i tried a slip clutch launch did it get 2.0
  12. Standard Nankang street tyres on my mags 235/40/18 with 20psi pressure - The water sprayers were on - they dont leak onto the ground - very small misting nozzles from the states - got them from a guy on this forum actually. The run where i got a 12.9 was NO wheel spin. got a good launch - Clutch slip launch
  13. Went down to WSID for my first go in the Skyline - Was interesting.... 7:15pm 60ft - 2.146 MPH - 105.5 ET - 13.321 8:11pm 60ft - 2.206 MPH - 106.81 ET - 13.391 8:23pm 60ft - 2.186 MPH - 108.73 ET - 13.367 9:02pm 60ft - 2.219 MPH - 104.61 ET - 13.332 9:53PM (My mechanic said that I cant drive my own car and I should let his mate drive it as he is a awesome driver) 60ft - 2.374 MPH - 107.97 ET: 13.558 -At this point I was convinced that the car was only good for low 13's and that I should be happy so I decided to try and take off the same way I do on the street. 10:08PM 60ft - 2.012 MPH - 107.30 ET - 12.978 12 SECONDS BABY  10:21pm 60ft - 2.015 MPH - 108.01 ET - 13.182 R33 GTST - RB30DET - Custom turbo (not bug at all just a turbo i put together with old bits sitting around) PFC - AVO Stage 2 cooler - HKS Dragger zorst - Stock injectors Walbro 500hp pump - water sprayers on cooler. on 9PSI of boost.
  14. $450 ??? that cant be right.. my mate got one from a a place in sydney for $50
  15. does the r33 gtst have changing voltage? where is the relay?
  16. You only live once - R34 4 door. Family friendly.
  17. Robos: You really need a Wide band air fuel ratio meter which you can buy for about $2500 from Autronic... Otherwise there is no real way of truley knowing the correct air fuel ratio
  18. I dont think the auto will last long with a PFC on AUTO
  19. I am thinking that the car has got 330rwhp - give or take a few hp.... It was dynoed before at 310rwhp on 9psi and now its using about 13 so *shrug* Lack of oil can do that damage to your bottom end and alot more but it could even be the tuning that caused it or even a rattle. You just never know. I would invest in a RB25DET oil pump this time just to be sure.
  20. I thort the RB20DET Oil pump was a NO NO on an RB30DET combo. How many k's did you put on the engine before you gave it this kinda treatment ? i gave mine about 5000k's before i really gave it a flogging like that and now 5000km later after many races and revs up to 7000rpm its still running fine. Im running stock bottom end with ACL bearings but with RB25DET oil pump. I could be wrong but I think the RB25DET oil pump flows much more.
  21. Your turbo is on the wrong side dude WTF
  22. if you keep it at stock boost then it should last a long time
