  1. So the RB26DETT is better than the 3.0L TT Supra engine?
  2. That's exactly righ Blind. You don't have to state copyright, all you need to do is prove it's a creation of yours (certain rules) - and I think Nissan could prove it's theirs
  3. Keep in mind you won't be able to do a word search in a scanned manual.. But it'd be handy to have anyway, thanks for the offer. If you do it, post the link or PM me, I'd appreciate it
  4. .. if any dodgy looking guys ask if your alarm is faulty and eye you car, just say "it's doing a self diagnostic and reporting with the Police dept who have a team of guys monitoring it around the clock." haha
  5. .. and he said GTS so I don't think he'll have a front mount
  6. There's been a lot of packet loss for me on this server. It seems to be hosted on RackShack.net and my RackShack server has also been a problem. When your trace route it, the packets die in the USA, a problem with Verio. Perhaps the lost packets are resulting in your browser reverting to cached files?
  7. I'm getting the Nemesis installed. Wouldn't mind some opinions on how good it is in stopping and deterring theives? I don't suppose they realise it's Brant until they break open the hood or the cabin though!
  8. Hey folks, I am about to go ahead with Famous Classic Car Insurance. I told them I was a member of SAU Robyn gave me a $99 discount. Who is organising the NSW side of things? Because the insurance form asks for my club membership & number (not specifically to do with discounts). Of course, I'll need to get off the membership money to whoever it is Can I be NSW member 000001?!?!?!
  9. Mate you need an exhaust, arm hanging out the window, novelty horn and a bloody blow off valve! haha j/k
  10. The yen price of those keys is still about $30-40 cheaper than in Australia. But counting shipping and time to ship? I'll fire off an e-mail and ask if they ship to Aust when I get home from work today.
  11. And same/improved fuel economy on those settings?
  12. You can just nick it from my car in the shopping centre..
  13. That's cool. Just wondering, they look cool in the photo.
  14. Hey are they 'normal' head light globes? Or the white light ones? If so, how much were they if you don't mind me asking? Cheers, Tim
  15. Round lights is only a series 2, and a 94 couldn't have them - he must have done an after market job. Only late 95s (series 1.5s) and 96 onwards (series 2) have them. No R33s have doorframes, it's just the glass in all of them.
  16. DAMN THAT'S CHEAP!! Should we group buy for shipping (at least for NSW folk)? *EDIT we need someone who can read Jap to put through the order *EDIT2 I think that price is wrong.. http://www.nismo.co.jp/shopping/goods/83.html is 2,000 yen. I think it's just the keyring and not the key, because: http://www.nismo.co.jp/shopping/goods/78.html is 3,800 yen alone and http://www.nismo.co.jp/shopping/goods/87.html is 3,900 yen!
  17. What do fat chicks and scooters have in common? ... ... ... They're both good fun until your friends catch you. Oh I'm so cruel! I apologise..
  18. MANUAL! I drive an auto Pulsar now and thought I should learn manual
  19. I don't know if I can give up the shopping centre car parks The dodgy on street parking yes.. I am going to get a Brant Nemesis, false sense of security maybe, but good enough for me
  20. How does a car come with a free cap? Did you buy it private or dealer?
  21. Yeah Nismo stuff is outrageously priced. You can get a momo gear knob for the price of a nismo one, and I hate to say it, I think the momo wins hands down for quality.
  22. .. and they'll all be asking for single din blockers cos it's the cheapest thing in the bloody store.
  23. Cheers mate, I'll leave it as-is cos I'll probably run into a bloody parking lot concrete stopper or something! haha then I'll have to fix it again..
  24. There are a couple of cracks in the Nismo front chin spoiler on the car I bought. The dealer said I could get it patched up with fibreglass (which I presume is what the spoiler is made out of too), but said the whole thing should be resprayed so it looks brand new (no mismatched paint). The spoiler costs like $350 unpainted for a brand new one, maybe $150 to spray and fit? The dealer said to FIX it it'd cost $300-400 (labour, respray, fix the fibreglass), is this unreasonable? http://202.139.242.57/Images%202/Skyline%2...n%20spoiler.jpg is the spoiler in question, it's not the WHOLE front bar, just everything under the fog lights. Cheers, Tim
  25. He wants to know if you're up for some lovin' tonight..
