Bad luck man, I think that is like 3 bad incidents within like a week for you? Someone should make stick on "key" marks so people think your car has already been keyed so they don't bother, you could just stick them on when you park lol. That's a bit over the top tho.

I personally wouldn't wanna race wth someone over a long distance because it'd just be pushing up the ante, going faster and faster. I'm pretty sure if I did that I'd be out of my comfort zone and into the danger zone where there's a possibility of writing my car off or worse..

So what happens when someone slows and you rifle past... then slam into a tree cos you misjudged a dodgy corner? (my point is just that I drive cautiously when I don't know the area) *EDIT: I forgot to mention.. there's a simple reason why people go slow in corners.. cos braking in an emergency in a corner is far more dangerous than on a straight. So for the same reason people slow for the corner is why people don't go 250 down a straight road (well maybe some of you do..)

The front of that rally looks really nice, and I suspect the road version is similar (the photo I posted was directly front on, so you don't get to see all the curves around the lights). I heard they fixed the back too, I hope so.

Robyn from Famous told me the excesses were (for an R33 GTS-T): $500 excess $500 age (UNDER 21 - NOT 25) $500 theft But I got quoted 20yo 20% GTS-T ($26.5k value) $3290. You reckon when I get to 30% they'll give me $2400? Or you think I should query about a cheaper price?

Powerplay has a yellow one.. (if I recall correctly) *EDIT: and it's a GT-T. But having said that, they have have had a GT-R somewhere and I didn't notice. *EDIT2: just checked PP's site, they have a couple of R34 GT-Rs for sale but they are black and white.

I don't own a Skyline (YET!), but I was just looking at the specs for a Commodore.. Executive 3.8L outputs 152kW / 305Nm SS 5.7L outputs 235kW / 465Nm You should be able to kill an Exec, I dunno about an SS. And I'm speaking purely from these stats. Speaking of ECUs in Skylines.. I heard to reset the stock one you disconnect the battery and hit the brakes? Is the brake trick to do with running whatever electricity is in the system dead? If so, wouldn't head lights use more power? That can also be done without turning the car on.. Cheers, Tim
