The big question i have been searching for for some time but have had no luck finding a result... i have a 32 GTR, i was looking at a HKS SSQV BOV for it and am not sure whether i would need one or two considering it comes with 2 stock...can anyone help?

can we get pics of it? still havent gotten around to building my box yet but would be keen to see what you did and how much room you ended up with...

why would u want to do that for???? go for some nice splits and a sub and it'll sound sweet as, just make a bracket out of mdf for the doors! easy as pie.

which bank? the commonwealth bank both my car loans thru them, i did list "nissan skyline + parts" on the loan applicaiton as uses...no questions asked, no dramas, applied, got the loan the next day...and that was for a fully imported gtr, including paying for importing and the car itself... strange that st george wouldnt do it? heard thay have lots of nice fees tho on their loans, commbank = not many fees IMHO look into the members equity building society in VIC also or newcastle credit union, they have some pretty competitive rates...

took bout 3 weeks for mine to get here. I thought your broker would work out the clearence stuff and u just had to pick it up or organise someone to pick it up...like a tow truck etc? mine was in a container, delivered to work, so i am not 100% sure about how that works with picking it up at the dock, but i would guess that that would be fine...don't see why it wouldn't be...as long as the person picking it up has the correct documentation, like raz0r said...

WOW! cheers mate! awesome, i will be printing that out and goin for a bit of a trip around i definately want to go and visit upgarage and autobachs if i can get myself some new toys for the gtr hmm might have to pack light to bring the stuff back :S

also, anyone have some information about the swap meets that are around for car parts also, where and when they are on, ta.

Hey guys, i am going to Japan (Sapporo) for a few days for work this Friday, and have the option of staying over a night or two in Tokyo on the way back (gotta love those work paid for trips) , can ppl reccomend some things to do/see in Tokyo or not far from it, i have been to Japan twice before, but always for work and straight up to Sapporo and direct back each time...so some ideas would be good, like drifting, sights etc. ta. cheers.

are the GT28RS's are a direct bolt on to the GTR like the 2530's are??

i just put an alarm in my car, have everything hooked up, immobilisers, central locking, interior light, extra sirens, and all hidden nicely! i am not going to reccomend where i got my old car done either as they did a dodgy install! hehe, i juts did my 32, could do it for you and am in hills area if you want but im guessing u may want a prof installer to do it 4 u usually places like autobahns, strathfields etc will do it for u, u just need to specify that you want it installed "properly" or they will just wire it in and it will be easy to get to and work around for a perp... as for immobilizers, just add relays like MANWHOR3 said, u can have as many as u want!

Hey guys, just tried to search for "r34 gtr turbo" for example and it wont let me find anything coz it is set to min of 4 characters for a search keyword, not sure but i think it would be better if we could search for 3 character words considering most of the vehicle designations on here are 3 characters long...r31,r32,r33,r34,gtr,s13,s14 etc...ta.

Im up for some new turbos for my GTR, lookin for either a bolt on upgrage or some 33/34 turbos as i dont really want ceramic 32 stuff... so if anyone has some turbos for sale that will be a bolt on replacement, prefferably N1's or something of the equivalent let me know, ta.

oh baby! love it LOL, cheapest thing i have bought for my car lately and it has given the best result for $$$ hehe , i just hooked mine up to my GTR after a hefty search on the net for a method that worked...so much better to drive, boosts earlier, quicker, harder, excellent work... I only have it set to .8bar at the moment, (it's quite tricky to tweak it only a little bit i found), and have noticed that it spikes to .9 then flattens out to .8 for the rest of the revs, anyone else noticed this or have this setup on a GTR?

by authorities, i mean the japanses VicRoads, but the trouble will be talking to them unless you can speak japanese lol

you would need to speak to the importer and get him to get the dereg papers, when i got mine, my contact over there just got me a new copy of the dereg papers and posted it to me, if you know someone over there, you should be able to get a copy of the dereg papers through the authorities provided the car was deregistered correctly over there...

would be keen to see some ppls installs too, i was hoping to have a 12" sub in a box against the back seat coming out to where the wheel wells stop, but after some measurements im having fun trying to work out how i am going to actually do it now...

i went over, found it, bought it, stored it and shipped it when it was eligible, 6 months waiting for the 15 year rule but now its been in the country 3 weeks and already on the road and almost completely fitted out with all my mods i had for it costs less than auctions and got to check it out before i bought it...

Yeah, awesome day guys (and gals), had a great time drooling over all the nice cars, great organisation and turnout too...very impressed! good work guys was hoping to enter my car but i only just got it on the road late morning to get up there LOL, o well next time... nice to see so many skylines , will have some piccies up this week sometime...

Yeah, i'm going to replumb it this week as it doesnt change the boost at all when i have it set even how the photo shows it wound right up...ta.
