Yep, I'd second that too. I know some "P" platers that are pretty good drivers and some older people that are pretty good drivers, and i also know some "P" platers that drive like idiots and some older drivers that drive like idiots. Its not the license that someone holds that dictates what sort of driver they are, its the person. Old or young doesn't really matter, what matters is the attitude of that driver and how they choose to use their car on public roads. Dickheads are dickheads and there will always be one somewhere and you will always hear more about them in the papers and on the news. I highly doubt that you will ever see a report on how Mrs Sinclair from the hills district expertly negotiated a tricky round about near a local school with precision, skill and safety while sticking to the 40kmph school zone speed limit. The news and the media thrive on drama, its sells papers and gets people watching the right channel so they see the commercials in that time slot. Why do you think i don't read papers or watch the news? Its always plane crash this and hundreds dead that. Negative, negative, negative! Who needs it? On a lighter note, approximately 40 responsible skyline and performance car owners took part in a fun and educational wet skid pan and track day yesterday down at Sutton rd complex near Canberra. It was reported that all had a good time and that the sausage sandwiches at lunchtime were cooked to perfection. After the fun had finished many cars needed a good bath!!! There's a newsflash for ya's!!!

WICKED!!!! I've never driven on a wet skid pan before. Looking forward to it and i'm still gunna beat chubbs. Remember its all about fun people, however i did wash my car lastnight. Bummer! Should be an entertaining afternoon of slippin and a slidin!!! Be bring it on, i love making a fool of myself!!

Thats AWESOME!!!! I so wanted to do that second course again at DECA! For everyone that didnt get to DECA the courses are really good and not hard to learn. They look worse on paper than they actually are. If anyone has dramas down there with the courses, I'll just have to ride shotgun and navigate for ya!! Sooooo much fun, counting sleeps now!!! Are we doing "all" of the courses Stevoe or are we gunna cut back on one or two so we get more than one shot at them? Doing the tracks only once sucked at DECA. Its the only thing that i could pick out of the whole day that could have been better. Those Mexican's sure know how to run these sorts of things and i bet ours is just as good. If anyone has any friends that are uming and arhing about entering, get em to sign up!!! there is a couple of spots up for grabs now and trust me when i say its the best fun you can have with your clothes on!!! Ahhhhhh, it makes me all warm and fuzzy to know that motor vehicle theft in the Gosford/Wyong area is down by 14.2%. *Sigh* I love being a coasty!!

Hey mate, My brother lives in Vancouver with his Canadian wife plus the 2 kids and i visited him over there for 5 weeks from December 04 to January 05. Personally mate, i think the cost of living in Vancouver is much higher than here in Australia. Depending on where you choose to live over here depends on how affordable that place is or isnt. I've lived here all my life and there are definately places I know i cant afford to live, especially in Sydney. Which works out kinder good for me because i wouldnt live in Sydney if you gave me a free place to live. Trust me, this is a bloody big country bud and there are much better places to live than Sydney. Do some research mate and you will be surprised at what you will find. I live about an hour and a half drive north of Sydney and we still have the beaches you will be after (alot less crowded), we still have plenty of jobs and the cost of living is much, much cheaper.
