  1. Thanks Can't believe they sold it to me without mentioning the fly
  2. Ok guys hope you can help me. I have purchased new from a distributor a xtreme drift clutch. On the website they sell a full kit with flywheel and full release bearing assembly. Now I just bought the clutch and pressure plates AMD assembled then on my standard flywheel. Problem is once the box is fitted and bolts tightened the pressure plate fingers are constantly on the release bearing and the bearing hard against the gearbox. So there is no free play on the clutch fork. Clutch is installed correctly, new spigot, clutch plate right way, correct torque and new release bearing pressed on all the way. Seams the clutch is too long. Does this clutch have to be fitted to their flywheel? Has anyone fitted one without it? If its not the flywheel what else should I look for?
  3. Can I ask what mods had to be made to the eBay kit to fit your 30
  4. Is it the same wiring into the plug so both series?
  5. So only series 2 have grey connectors?
  6. How would I tell if the coils are series 2
  7. Thanks guys
  8. Hi guys Went to a mate's to wire up his ecu on his rb25 conversion everything is sweet except I have no spark at the plugs. I have constant power, switched power, fuel relay all wiring. There is earth and ecu signal at the coil plug wiring. But no spark. Now the owner wanted to keep his rb20 splitfires and he wiring in the plugs to suit. I'm thinking its either not wired in the plug properly or the coil won't work on series 2 loom? Any help is greatly appreciated
  9. Excellant work bobby I commend you. Thought I'd add I was working for APC in springwood couple years ago, in which I had the pleasure of working on a Bathurst r31 skyline. I was told by the owner that during the racing year of 1987 the budget was 3 million dollars. Replacement cost of the exhaust manifold on the car was surprisingly 10 thousand dollars!
  10. Also interested please pm
