Yep, most definitely. 'Helmets Off' rules pretty much means happy laps rules.

once they've done all the timed runs (3 or 4, depending on how time is going) if there is enough light left they usually have passenger runs at the end of the day Basically they are untimed runs where you can take a passenger out for a spin. I can't remember if they are doing them helmets on or helmets off these days...
