hey mate, sorry to dig this up, but did you end up fitting the patrol clutch? if so do you have part no. of the clutch fitted? also where did you get the work done and what extra parts were replaced (bearings etc.)? looks like mine is going, trying to weigh up all my options cheers

yep, sounds about right for first round of mods, go for it is very similar to what was done to my 33 first, should get you a decent gain and set you up for further additions in the future. car may be a bit less fuel efficient but shouldn't alter reliability

Mine - Skyline model = R33 GTS T Wheel diameter = 18" Wheel width = 8.5" front / 9.5" rears Wheel offset = +30 front / +38 rears Tyre size = 225/35R18 front / 255/30R18 rears Modifications to fit = None. Car is on slightly lowered springs, very rarely will touch inner plastic guard when at full lock and hittin a pot hole at the same time <_< .

Since the changeover I am still unable to post in any other threads other than ones I've started. No problems with pm or email notification, just posting. Thought that the problem would work itself out eventually, but it's been a while now and if anyone can help that would be great. Cheers, James

no thanks mate, think i know the ones you mean. had a fibreglass 400R front bar on my last skyline, easy to crack... may have just been poor quality, but with some of the driveways i gotta negotiate it wasn't too good. anyways, looks good. all the best!

yeah i realise this, but it's not just the pump i'm getting done. seeing as though i will be taking the car there regardless, i'm much happier to leave it all to a professional and get the guarantee that it will be done right. with a lot of things, you can be so worried about saving a little now that you may end up spending more later. i'd rather pay the bit extra for quality and peace of mind.

where from? FRP or fibreglass?

Who wants to give me a hand installing my Bosch 040?? Having had a good read of the tutorials around on installing bosch fuel pumps, i've decided my pathetic mechanical prowess is probably not up to the job :confused: . So... If anyone has some decent experience installing these into R33 GTS-t's, and woud be willing to install the pump with my limited help , i'd be more than happy to reimburse them. I'm about 45 mins west of Melbourne, so would prefer either my house or somewhere on the west side. If you're interested, please pm me Cheers! James

will be tough to fit the exhaust manifolds, gonna be plenty of custom work needed i would think

yes, it will have definately been drifted. R34 gtr's come straight off the production line drifted. try a search of the site for answers to your other questions.
