  1. Nice work - see you there!
  2. I am not sure if any of the HKS ones have a marking on them. I am 100% positive they are genuine. I bought them from Nengun Japan in late 2007/early 2008 along with my HKS GT-SS kit, they came with the full HKS installation kit including metal manifold gaskets (HKS logo cut into them). I will have the Nengun receipt email somewhere here. The o2 sensor adapters are not the HKS ones, they are from the Midori kit I bought hence why they look new - was easier to get the sensors out with adapters attached than separate them. They were taken from this build, I definitely don't mess around with cheap chinese copy parts http://www.skylinesa...r-tarmac-build/
  3. Always garages from now on then! At least now you don't have to argue with the person that has set up shop in front of your garage
  4. Yep done - do you know who to talk to?
  5. Bump still available
  6. Yeah I will probably grab one - come find me grey/silver r34 with z-tune bonnet/guards/front bar
  7. Just got confirmation - giddy up
  8. Ah cool cos I am not missing it! Laps of the carpark if I am not on the list haha. Fingers crossed that weather forecast holds - crispy cool Spring day with sun!
  9. Nothing here as yet - anyone else got their confirmation?
  10. Odd question but how tall are you Evan?
  11. I just use Photobucket, after you upload you can generate the [ img ] tags and drop them straight in. That way you can control when / if you take them down as well.
  12. Entry form in and paid
  13. I'll be getting on to mine tonight - catch you there Tony
  14. I have for sale a pair of HKS split dump pipes suitable for R32/33/34 GTR. Include o2 sensor adapters. Don't have the wastegate separators but the modern turbo's -7/-9/GT-SS etc already have one hence why they were never fitted. Excellent condition - $350. Located in Melbourne.
  15. I have the standard fuse / relay / distribution block spare from an R34 GTR so I am going to try to use that instead of the standard R32 GTR one you can see in the pics at the moment.
  16. I am in for this.
  17. Yeah was a little nerve racking but measure three times, drill once! More to come once I mount the battery tray and run the kill switch circuit in the cabin but that should be the extent of it.
  18. Good to see the build thread up. Did Andrew say you need the secondary "Sainz" bar for the front legs? I never ended up registering my R32 cage with CAMS so I am not sure if the regs have changed. Would be painful to have to add it in now to register it.
  19. Don't bother with EBC. Speak to Racepace - get the higher pressure actuators and get Racepace to modify them and the wastegates, and put in their boost control setup. Tomei cam gears, or Racepace can modify your standard ones to be adjustable.
  20. Also - I would drop the HKS pod filters and go back to the stock airbox if I were you unless you have proper isolation from the engine bay. Keeps air intake temps lower for longer. Not sure about the R33 GTR ones but also open up the bit in the airbox that draws air from the guard. Edit: Ahh just read your post Sean - on the money!
  21. I think Kudos motorsport do an installation kit ... might be worth a look. I know the HKS GT-SS (-9s) with its full installation kit was worth every penny at the time.
  22. Have a spare full R34 battery cable / tray / fusebox setup so replicating the setup on the R32. The riser into the engine bay doesn't quite work with the R32 so modified one of the brackets a bit to bolt to the same spot as the speedo cable. Will do some more work around here to make sure its locked down and doesnt interfere with anything else. Rivnuts all the way. Shape along the rail is identical. I lined up where the rail tapers out towards the front and the rest falls into place. About the right amount of length up engine bay end. Existing hole in the boot matches the standard R34 grommet. Rear of the rail brackets fit in pretty well here too. Up over the tailshaft. Bit different here so I may even go direct to the boot and size the cable down accordingly. No need for it to be longer than it needs to be.
  23. Spent yesterday on the car, mostly tidying up but got a few things done. Removed these split HKS dumps ... And replaced with this Midori setup. Biggest off the shelf dumps I could find, and the front pipes are pretty big compared to the JustJap ones I had on previously. Biggest in a two bolt flange. They have really thought about the design on the Midori's, really easy to get to all the nuts as opposed to the HKS where I needed three different 12mm spanners for the nut at the back of the front dump. Also rebuilt the clutch master with a new piston kit from Nissan. Really simple, two circlips, a good clean and check of the cylinder and back together with new bits. Comparing pistons easy to see why it was leaking. New piston in. All back together and on the car. BBQ fired up, triple level bbq burgers with the lot with an integrated egg / toasted bread centre layer and a couple of JD's - golden.
  24. Assuming I haven't rolled mine by then same here
