Hi mate yep that's the one. Almost ready should be mid next week so no shakedown as yet. Was hoping to have it ready for DECA but was just too much still to get done. Trying to find a suitable event to give it a run in the next few weeks.

We are booked in for High Country as well. Re-built car is due to be finished mid next week so looking forward to getting some shake downs in and make sure it is all ready. I enjoyed having two cracks in a row at Skyline in 2011 but in reverse should be a bit of fun too. See you guys out there!

My fiances old man is coming to Australia late Dec to early Jan for our wedding and I want to take him to a track day. He was a pro touring car and rally cross driver when he was younger so hes been asking me. Anyone got any tips on what happens around this time? He is saying he would stay until the 10th/15th Jan, but might be able to twist his arm for the right track. Winton's test & tune on the 6th Jan is the only thing I can find at the moment. Obviously the ultimate would be PI, but doesn't look like much happens around then. Cheers, Paul

Solid steering bush in, also grabbed the dust boot of my spare 34 rack - a little different but its rubber and fits up pretty well. Will do the trick seeing it wont be driven on the road. Haha it did cross my mind. Well the 34 isn't a sure thing yet so I may still cheat. And if I am cheating might need to scramble some exhaust, tune and tyres on to keep up with some of youse. If I am not cheating she can work around the boiled brake fluid and shagged tyres haha!!

Agreed clutch was slipping like mad on the way up worked perfect all day at DECA then slipped all the way home

DECA is where shady clutches come good and surprise!!! Don't ask what happens after the last run though

The z-tune style bonnet I got for my R34 was from musecret, on ebay though $50 cheaper than their website for ~$800 ... it is a really nice bit of kit. Fibreglass with a layer of carbon over the top for looks. Made in China for sure but you can get good quality it you pay a bit more. Everyone commented on how good it was quality & looks - having cheaper bonnets themselves. Fitment is spot on. Might be worth checking with them if they can get one for the R32.

Might be worth getting Aaron @ import monster to get a price for you cos he can handle all the shipping and make sure it gets in safe and sound. I am guessing it will be circa $3k+ for the bonnet alone.
