  1. Rain / Ryan from Canada's 32. I remember seeing where they got it from.... errrrm. and build thread http://www.gtr.co.uk...a-underway.html
  2. Steel steering blush replacement for the rubber one has arrived going in tonight. Also need to get a replacement dust cover for the input to the rack. Literally just touched it when cleaning the subframe and it fell apart. Apparently there is a toyota rubber one that is the same size and fits well. Ha I wish. Yeah just slowly chip away at it. Good to have a space where it can just sit and you can put time in where you can.
  3. Mick / Micolour painted and fitted some Nismo skirts / pods to a 34R in bayside blue a few weeks back - looked like a great match to me. I know he has done a few 34R's in bayside blue in the past so would have good experience with it. He has also painted the front half of my 34R and a complete bare shell, rotisserie restoration on my 32R which makes me wet myself every time I look at it - see my build thread in the projects section.
  4. Some interesting entries - Elfin & Elise. Elfin in particular should do pretty well on the pan I would think. Shaping up to be a good one.
  5. So spill - who's car have you got? Mick's?
  6. Haha awesome! (off to hassle Chris about my car) GTR's are back in town!
  7. So windows are in, I went with the 4mm hard coat. Painful process of breaking the glass and scraping out the leftovers that are glued on pretty well, but finished product looks factory. As the quarters come they are more designed to go on without the factory seals, you need to trim them down in various spots to fit within the seal. Almost half a kilo difference after NACA duct but I am not chasing weight reduction just air flow.
  8. Haha - I felt the need to take my shoes off when I got into it today!
  9. ABS & brake lines back in - going to put a more modern unit in at some point down the track. Also more wiring back in, bay mostly finished now on to the spaghetti under the dash.
  10. PWR radiator & in-tank oil cooler test fitting. All looking pretty good. Top pins are about 5mm out, and the factory brackets need to be flipped but all looks to sit well. I did have to bend a small lip on the car at the bottom in front of the radiator so that it didn't foul but only a few mm. Aiming to have the fuel tank and most of the wiring back in tomorrow.
  11. Booked luxury cabin for fri & sat nights - thanks Bec.
  12. Think it was about $600 from memory.
  13. Yeah it's awesome - definitely nice putting brand new bits on.
  14. Finally got my other project out of the way and starting putting it back together today. Reunited at long last New brake booster and master cylinder, have a rebuild kit for the clutch master cyl that I will get on to once I get some circlip pliers. New engine loom going in
  15. Nice write up Kory!
  16. Not good glad you guys are ok.
  17. Looks to be shaping up for a big one - was hoping to be ready for this but no such luck. Those R-S3's are looking good have added to the shortlist for the evo next. PS3's with their rolly polly sidewalls are no fun on the track.
  18. Assuming you want a 6 point bolt in cage? You would be best off getting someone to fab one for you - I use Andrew @ Trackart http://www.trackart.com.au/ in Melbourne. Brad @ Pro-fabrications on this forum would likely be across the dimensions needed for an R33. Bond Roll Bars might do a pre-made bolt or weld in for R33. If would personally go someone local to you so they can build it based on your car & requirements. Willall racing might be able to point you in the right direction to someone local to you.
  19. This is good news
  20. Looking awesome man! Srs time attack machine
  21. Cheers yeah definitely black rims all the way!
  22. He sent me some pics today - seriously lost it it looks so awesome will upload shortly. Yeah the white has come up soooooo freaking good.
  23. Few more with the wheels. Rear guards have been pumped out 25mm so should be able to fit 10.5's in.
