  2. Cheers PS: I second the call for a group buy
  3. I’d also recommend an oil cooler- adds just that little bit of extra “cool” oil to your engine when it may need it the most...
  4. L0_R33 you got the rego that should be enough for some info: police, rta, etc..... PS i can't see the picky
  5. Sorry where do these come from? Just more specific's please- yahoo is big!
  6. Maybe we could get a group buy? Well i'll be looking for a detail sometime soon too so keep us up informed.
  7. Spotted: trio of R32's coming out of fiswick onto Dairy Flat road waved
  8. You are not having any luck!!! Good thing that you have the car back… you have control again! You also should work out when to pull up stumps and walk away- i.e. spending more than the cars value getting it on the road. Good luck! Paint wise: Two places on Yass road: go to the one closer to spotlight/super cheep auto end of Yass road, not the one down closer to the air port- they did a f**ked job on a friends car (“repaired” under insurance).
  9. I am surprised that Andrew is doing allot of the work and I admire his efforts but i felt he should have contacted the Insurance agency by now and get them do their job- what he pay's them for!!! But Andrew - hats off too you!!! getting parts- now the shit with spay painters Frustrating!!! Now that more serious money is being thrown around then Let the insurance people step in and do their thing!!! This is a lesson to us all!
  10. Moral of the story: Full comp insurance saves your time and your money! (sorry dude but I had too!) {No! I don’t work for an insurance agency}
  11. NO Alarm heard = they probably had a copy of the key and remote's Bumer mate- good luck!
  12. Sorry mate didn't see ya
  13. LOL! I’ve been told the Macquarie pass is "interesting" I’ll give it a run sometime…
  14. LTS Jayce That was me... you the red R32??? --> you sig is a white front bar thou? MIVEC Yep took the lady down the coast for the day... Clyde + GTR + mods = Amazing! What was the FTO like going down and up? SPOTTED: Friday arvo/night near the air port very tidy Dark/dback R32 GTR tried waving but I was turning off. Tim
  15. House sorted!! + Weekend ride, no compromises = fast car Go Autostyle which import "specal" cars- probably get ya some warretry of aftersales service. Choice is up to you
  16. Veilside R33 Save the money for a house [if you haven't got one already]!! 35k is a reasonable deposit. Ya never get to use all those 400kw! I just picked up a R32 GTR and I am quite frustrated that I can't use it's 200wkw most of the time nor the great handling. Would it be your daily driver? For 35k look at a more modern evo or sti much easer to live with on a daily basis that a 400kw GTR. My 2 cents PS: buying is cheeper than building (your time and money)
  17. Amaru, I was about to do a search for the last SAU-ACT dyno day and put it forward for one- preftableby when it is cooler during the day (sub 30's). Also best if we start a new Topic for this dyno day Cheers
  18. Thanks for the reply's guys I'll get it on the dyno to check the air/fuel ratios, then look where to go next from there. Once againe thanks for the replys NAman
  19. Hi all What workshops would you recommend to get my ecu remapped? With the restrictor removed it may be running a little bit lean up top, so I’d like to get the ECU remapped- better to be safe than sorry. ACT or other wise? Cheers PS: I'd did a search for ecu+ remapped and got nothing

  21. Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has a spare car jack and tyre iron lying around that would fit a R32 GTR which I could take of your hands. Or any recommendations of places where I could go get one [to fit a gtr] Cheers Tim
  22. how Much smoke? Dark blue, light blue?
  23. Spotted Gold R33, no rear spolier, shiny decals on the side, loud BOV. Heading out of the main street of Queenbyan sat night 12 at night Wrong Time and wrong place pal!!! It's people like you that give ther rest of us a bad name!
  24. And they won't get anything out for it them selves Actually look at the web site posted on the first page- there was a submission to the ACT Gov and the ACT gov committee did their own economic/social study and found it was un-economical, high risk to them and would do nothing to stop illegal street racing! On an interesting point the ACT police support a Drag way!! This submission to the ACT Gov by the gov chaired board (in 2004) about the drag way was [in my opion] : Not written in an argumentative way i.e.: weighting up the pros and cons- it was just the statement of con’s- it was one sided. Facts and studies for the social and economic perspectives were used- they were always the worse case and were negative- little to none were positive. It is obvious that the person/s who wrote this was far from pro drag way and really only presented one side of the argument-they may have done this due to political pressure. Those drag way people have a big uphill fight on their hands ! NOTE the online partition is not recognised by the ACT Government as an official partition. It needs to have you date, name address, signature.- this is not online Good luck- and hopefully we’ll see something physically to Signe TR
  25. Thankyou! I'm in south act, The "Jail" is one of many examples of ACT Government [both sides + independents +greens +democrats] and the ACT PLANNING Authority lack of consultation and pushing though what they want!!! But it is probably with all Local/State gov's My main point is that the ACT GOV spent 10 mill on the V8's over 3-4 years with road closures and ignoring noise complaints. They could spend that on a drag way which would probably last 10 years. Yes I admit the Drag way will be running longer than just a week and there are no road closures but yet more Bureaucratic Bulls**t to jump though… I have said my bit- I’m going to go have a lie down
