It could be also charcole canister.. I had same problem at idle with revs going all over the place (max 1500rpm), until i changed my charcole canister.. It did fix the problem however once in a blue moon, it still does it.. But then i think its something to do with my turbo-timer as well!! when i arm or turn off the car the revs jump all over the place.. but only in a blue moon now..

Ahh so the rsm does remove the speed cut... or does it just display the speed, above whateva speeds u doin of 180.. while the normal guage will just sit at 180?? heheh well i got it an excellent price if u say if they go for 250.. thanks mr_g.. heheh..

I would also like to know, for a r33.. Seriously, if you have a look, theres no way air can get thru the snorkle.. Its like the bonnet, plus radiator support thingy blocks it.. I have asked the question on the net once, but ppl just said it does.. But im sure the enginerrs would have tested it when building the cars.. Everyones like, it goes thru the grill.. but its only a small gap.. anyone got diagrams or anything?? Coz im using snorkle to feed air into my heatshield pod box mr_crust made..

It is illegal to have lights which you are able to move its position.. am i correct?? thats what i heard!! like on the r34s, you are able to move the position via a knob or somesort..

Alwyas used vortex, and have had no issues at all.. dont see the difference tho..

^^ yup thats what i got, from mr_crust.. usin stock snorkle.. you can get cam gears anywhere.. www.nismo.com.au justjap.. any sponsers.. It will be tricky to put in yourself, so when you are ready for powerfc tune, get that mechanic to put it in for you.. However theres a few threads on here about it.. It does gain 10-15kw.. so huge power increase -- i have been told.

I would go apexi, coz i got one and makes the best induction noise ever.. love it.. man stop using cap locks when typin.. didnt even bother readin what you wrote..

if you are purcashin from bos (spilt dump pipe)-make sure the sensors on the pipe have been relocated as his first batch had problems.. Not to sure if he has fixed it or not yet.. Or i would purchase CES spilt dump pipe.. Costs a lot more, but probably worth it.. Why do you need a catch can right now?? You arent gettin any detonations right?? So i would finish exhaust off from turbo back, with hiflow cat.. I would also get cam gears(exhaust).. Front mount, heatsheild for your pod (i might be sellin mine in a months time or so as i wanna get a carbon fibre one lol), then boost controller.. Also a new fuel pump will help!! get a power fc and tune it.. Then if you got money left over, i would then buy small things, like boost guage etc etc.. thats all you bascailly need to get 200rkw..

Take this advice from me.. When you buying cars such as skylines, and you have a strict budget to ammend to, always budget another 1k on top for various things that will pop up n you wont realise it.. so save another 3-4 k i say, and purchase one in better cond.. or get a really nice s2 r33... that will perfectly fit with your budget...

Lol dude think you a little lost.. Check your tyre (the rubber) sidewall and see which brand it is.. Its not that hard.. Then go a tyre shop and ask them if they sell the same brand.. Thats all to it.. You dont have to take your whole car there.. Take the poped tyre with the rim, and they will do the rest for you.. Then come back home, and fit it on..

Yup, or if you sydney, go to www.sspi.com.au Its a compliance shop, and does most of the complicance anyways from most of the online importers.. you can buy a car direct from them.. Thats what i did.. No dramas at all.. Cheers..
