I think the new 100L macro is way to sharp. I seriously thought of not even applying any sort of sharpening. I just did a smart sharpen at 12% and left it at that. 100% crop:

I picked them up a few weeks ago.. They do last long, but the only thing i dont like is the charger led indicator. When you charge it the light is green.. It should be red if the battery is not charged, then green light to show its done. I have wait hours and hours and it still stays green?? weird.. or could just be my charger.

50mm is probably ideal for product photography. 100mm will be great for those proper marco shots. Thats what I think anyways..

come on kory if I have taken a pic of glowing brakes!!! Awesome night time panning shots dude.. no doubt it would be hard to pan in such low light.

Gone on a bit of shopping spree lately. Purchased canon 85 f1.8, boda bag, cn126 led lights, and a light tent.. Also most likley selling my ray flash if anyone is keen?? Its for a 580EXII.
