  1. Thats super clean!!
  2. Jay would be awesome to see before and after pics of what you have done. Still trying to get my head around what you are actually doing. Are you painting the art with different colour lights or just a normal light painting going over the whole image with just one light?
  3. ^ looks pretty cool. Taken by the Iphone4:
  4. Happy New Years everyone. Just got back from my holidays.. time to get back into work Swimming with sharks!!!! Atleast these sharks weren't interested in humans, but still pretty scary.
  5. I love the expression captured of the grooms right after the bride put a ring on his finger. Just priceless!!!
  6. Nice shots Josh. Kory - yea let me know when you are ready
  7. ^ Epic Jay.. Love it. Two images stitched? Kory - you can be the first person to do a rolling shot of a cube heheh. Im serious man. I will give you something for it offcourse.
  8. Indeed nice shot there Kory. Any more from that set? Wanna do a rolling shot of my cube hehe. Yup thats what he wore. Very relaxed/low key type wedding and something a little different. It was a beach wedding. Keep and eye out on my blog for more wedding pics. Cheers guys.

  14. Perfect matt Nicely done mate. nice sunset shot josh.
  15. Nice shots there ben and matt Weddings are hard work trust me. Your on your feet all day and sometimes you start early morning and dont finish till midnight. Last night was my 5th day of shooting in a row. I think I worked like 35 hours all up from friday till tuesday night with just taking photos. Then processing time afterwards etc.. But its very rewarding and love seing the client expressions when they view the photos at the end of it all. Oh and even more tiring when you got a normal day job lol. So this week I would have worked easily 80 hours. Having a few V's now at work lol. Richie - Yea white wedding dresses are always hard to exposue correctly. Focus on the dress and get a reading, take a shot and have a look. Most likley the face isnt exposed properly so add some fill light, or just very slightly blow it out and recover it in processing. But otherwise good job on your first wedding. Once you finish all the photos let me know, will be keen to check it out if you do post it on a blog or website. matt - nice exposure there on the group shots
  16. Is just me or is it everytime you make a post on here it comes up an error and you have to try twice?
  17. Jay - yea wasnt thinking of pano at the time But will give it a try. Thanks man. Richie - Indeed Indian weddings can go on for days. From pre-events to post events. This one is 5 days (sangeet night, ceremony, bride welcoming party, another small ceremony tonight, and reception this saturday). There is always something happening and there is never a dull moment. I like the waterfall pic. With the last two increase some more fill light in PP. So you gonna get into more weddings? Good to see the wedding dress isnt blown out (always hard to expose correctly).
  18. Yesterday I photographed one of the most extravagant Indian weddings ever. Just a random pic below. No processing apart from boost in contrast and blacks. Love the 50L Wish I bought this lens earlier. Anyways... this was just the start. They then stopped for a minute while some fireworks went off in the sky and other crackers.. They also flew in some international Indian singers/performers which got the crowd dancing in no time. No shortage of dancing pics lol.. oh and should have seen the catering!! OMG!!!.. This was just the ceremony yesterday. Wedding event is still going. Had a small event to cover tonight and one more tomorrow night.. anyways.. random pic I just opened up.
  19. Awesome shots there josh. Your making me miss europe more and more!! Richie - So how was it man? Was this your first wedding? Or shooting from the side? Not a fan of selective colouring in wedding photos, but thats personal taste. Keen to see more from you. Epic sunset on the way to Canberra:
  20. Thanks for the kind words Josh. Just keep at it and you will get there. Best way to learn is to just go out there and start taking pics and mucking around with different lighting etc. Love the pic you posted!!! Where was it taken? Just purchased a Canon s95 with a Canon underwater housing Can’t wait for my end of year trip when I go snorkelling. Will be testing it out then. Hope taking pics underwater is easy lol..Any tips for those who have done it?
  21. Just trying new things richie and seing what is possible. Probably looks like that too since the colour temp has changed. Matt - hahah how did you make him stand there? I would have run off or got a bigger hose and soaked you in it. Goodluck with the comp. I did a model shoot yesterday where I was throwin milk at her Give me a week or two to edit the image. Stay tuned!!
  22. skin work:
  23. It was a coincidence as I only took 4 shots and that was came out perfect. If I had more time I would have tried to get it perfect. Thanks for the kind words man. Kory - Bare 580exii for the lighting
