Hi everyone. Took my car down to Sydney Monday morning to Dart Automotive in Punchbowl to have bigger injectors and Power FC fitted as well and then tuned the Next morning. they also did a spark plug and oil change for me and I cannot speak highly enough of the good, friendly, honest, well priced service Jim and the guys at Dart gave me. I had to book my car in at very short notice (last Wednesday) due to another unnamed workshop stuffing me around at the last minute and having already booked non refundable accommodation in Sydney. I am very very pleased with the results of the tune etc. The car had only 3" apexi exhaust from dump pipes back and hks electronic boost controller, factory fuel pump, factory airbox and factory turbos when I took the car to Dart and it made 179.9kw at 4 wheels. After injectors and power fc were fitted (still using factory fuel pump, airbox and turbos) the car now makes 280.1kw at 4 wheels at 1.15bar. I am more than happy with the results and it is a totally different car to drive. I used well over a quarter of a tank of fuel less on the drive home too. I also had an upgrade fuel pump to fit but Jim said I'd be wasting my money with as the factory GTR pumps are very very good and capable of well over 300KW which he could easily have said I needed as it would mean more money for him to fit. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will definatly go back to them for any future upgrades.

Hi guys Just wondering how good the R34 GTR fuel pumps are as i am about to fit 750cc injectors and power fc (keeping standard turbo's for now) and have been told the GTR factory pump will be more than sufficient for this (by an actual tuning shop who you would think would try talk you into fitting a new one for they're benefit)and are good fuel pumps to over 300kw which i wont be getting near with these mods. It would save me fitting an aftermarket pump till i'm ready to upgrade turbo's AFM's etc. Can anyone else vouch for this or has experienced the GTR pumps limits/performance? Thanks

Oh Haha, now I get you... just saw your previous post. That wouldn't be mine. I bought mine nearly a year ago. I have been back a few times since for services etc and I know one of the staff bought one that came in so I'd say that's his.

I'm the one who bought what GTR? Lol. They sell plenty of them.

They aren't cheap wheels. Especially in great condition as they are a 9-12 year old wheel. You'll be lucky to even pick up a set with plenty of gutter rash and barely roadworthy tyres for $17/$1800 trust me, I looked for ages and paid $1750 for my good condition ones with no tyres. Good luck anyway

well globalwarmer and I drive for A living doing day and nightshift, 12 hours per shift so trust me... a putty road cruise is not a fatigue issue lol. And the putty road is not a road you wanna be falling asleep on anyway. Shell.... does that mean you're in?

I thought it looked very familiar lol. Was wondering why another putty cruise was happening so soon after the last one. All good reason to get the cars out none the less

Yeah they don't seem to post them on the website but they had 3 sets when I got mine. Mine were without tyres but the other sets had tyres (can't say what condition tyres were in though)

Chasing the tinted wind deflectors that run along the door frames you see on some R34's that must have been a factory option. Preferably with clips etc to fit. My car had them when I purchased it but had them removed when windows were tinted but want to put a set back on.

Ah that's right, you're on A crew, thought you were D crew. Well yeah, your dayshift then which isn't so bad. Haha, don't think option B would be a good idea during probation lol. Well hopefully people speak up and get keen son then so I can give the publican notice. Last turnout was decent judging by the pics and review.
