Thanks for the reply. What model R34 GTR is this from because the gear boot and stereo surround is a defferent colour to the one in my V-spec. Mine are a goldish colour wheras yours look grey? Also do you have the actual gear knob still by any chance?

Hi everyone. Im just looking for an oem R34 GTR gear knob as mine is getting a bit worn and i am fussy. As well as the gear boot surround as mine has 2 deep scratches on the passenger side of it. Looking for new or as new. If someone can help or suggest a place to get them at a good price as i know they wouldnt be cheap to get through my local Nissan dealer. Thanks

Hi mate, just wondering if you still have the manual gear boot surround and stereo surround? if so, what condition are they in as it looks as though there is damage/scuffing on lower part of gear surround or is it just dirty? thanks

Hey everyone, I'm a singleton boy and just to let you alt know there are actually 5 petrol stations that have 98 octane fuel. I have an R34 so frequently visit them lol. There's the BP as stated in the cruise info aswell as a shell 30 metres up the road with v power, 2 caltex's with vortex 98 and a united with 98 so plenty around rather than all trying to get into 1. I'll be more than happy to be a tour guide.

Hi guys I removed the wind deflectors from my R34 GTR and its left a bit of a mess with scratches etc and they seem to be sitting away from the roof a bit which i think is from the clips pulling at them over time. Wondering if anyone has them or knows where i can get a good set. I really should have left the deflectors on but didnt like the look and they whistled over 80km/h haha. Any help would be great. Well like i said im not 100% sure. I'll call up and find out off the wheel shop i bought them off. I know they are one of very few styles that fit GTR anyway. Will take pics and post them asap

Hi everyone. Ive come accross an R34 GTR ECU that has a gold mines guarentee plaque on it with a serial number on it 00544. Im not very clued up on this sorta stuff. Do all the stock ecu's have this? Or is this something non factory? just curious

Umm as far as i know the offset is 35? i may be wrong and they are 20x8.5 all round as i wanted to be able to rotate them and they arent for track racing or anything so fit well. Dont scrub on full turn left or right either

Hi everyone I recently purchased an R34 GTR and put some 20" Ruff racing R948 wheels and tryes on it. They fit perfect (it is hard to find 20" rims with correct offset for R34 GTR apparently) but i think i wanna go a different style. They have only travelled about 1500km so pretty much brand new and scratchless. Paid $2700 fitted and will cosider selling for $2000. What about these Rebuilt factory turbo's with N1 spec steel turbines and 360 degree thrust bearings etc you see on ebay? Anyone tried and can comment on them or know if there is much gain from them opposed to the standard specs being exactly the same size??

the whole idea of the post is to try find out how much boost they can handle so that i dont do any damage now and know what level to ask it to be tuned to on the dyno when i have power FC installed.

Hi guys. Dont shot me down for not doing a search cause i have but have come accross different findings. I recently purchased an R34 GTR V-spec which has only 3" dump pipe-back exhaust, hks electronic boost controller. Im about fit a power FC and was just wondering what the stock turbos are capable of being boosted to as i have heard mixed comments. The boos controller was set to 90bar - low and 1.15bar - high. I noticed it actually peaked at 1.20 bar on high setting on the factory gauge on display screen so i have since turned it down to 1.00bar to be safe till i can get it on the dyno. Also, is there much gain in fitting a power fc using standard turbo's?? or am i better off waiting for aftermarket turbo's/injectors at least? Any help would be great Thanks

Just purchased an R34 GTR V-spec from Top Secret imports at Blacktown and these guys were very very helpful. Held the car for 4 weeks for me and helped me out alot in general. Dealt with Garry and he was great. Smooth transaction and very happy with the car. I originally went to Japlink on a Sunday about 2 months ago and told them what im looking for and they were gonna source cars in Japan for me and start contacting me and emailing me cars for Auction as of the next dayand guess what... still waiting to hear from them lol. Highly recommend Top Secret. Will post pics soon

Ah i see. Ill see if they have listing for R33 GTR then. They had a listing for R32 which was a A360 but not sure if the box's for all Rb26's are the same? No particular reason for the K&N other than they stock them locally as im in the Hunter Valley and noone really stocks Japanese performance brands and the K&N ones are pretty much re-usable for the life of the car.

Hi everyone I went to purchase a K&N replacement panel filter for my R34 GTR yesterday but my local repco didnt have a listing for the Rb26DETT. I have purchased them for R34 GTT's before and they usually have them in stock all the time. Does anyone know the part number so they can maybe source one that way or is it the same panel filter as the R34gtt?? Thanks
