  1. Cool. Lucky I checked.
  2. New box in ready for this. I'll be going as long as I don't break it again this weekend at QR LOL
  3. Nice keep it up!
  4. Didn't edward lees change his company a few weeks back. This was so some claimants could not get the refund or compensation they were looking for? Edward lees said it was for Tax reasons BS!
  5. Paid, ready to go can't wait!
  6. Chasing a 4wd Pump Assembly for r32 gtr. SEQ
  7. I have filled out the membership application yesterday morning. Can I pay on the day or do I have to pay now. As I'm still waiting for membership details?
  8. Had Award Diff and Gearbox in Sydney upgrade transfer and rebuild my old spare box and transfer case. The front drive upgrade is amazing! My car use to spin bad in second and squirm in third (over 400kw). Now it just hooks in 2ed! Feels like a different car as this box was noise and had heaps of backlash. Tight as new, no noise, shift amazing, just feels like a new car! One lesson learned when putting this all back together is to fill you box three times as recommended from Award. There is apparently baffles in the box so you have to fill run through all gears and fill again, three times. Also they did all this work in days, not weeks! At a great price also, keeping me upto date with progress. I sent my box down strapped to a supercheap trolley, this made it easier for the courier and Award to work on. If you looking at getting any of this stuff done, then just use Award as I did. There is a lot of good stories on here and that is why I chose them. Also they do discount for us!
  9. Do you think this one would fit? 6in body, or overkill? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Magnaflow-60012-High-Flow-Catalytic-Converter-Round-Spun-Metallic-5-In-Out-/300926751353?hash=item4610a1d279:g:uScAAOSwbqpTtTD6
  10. Also would like to have a hi flow cat for this setup as I'm sure I have no cat. Just want it legal as I know this is the only thing I could be picked up on in QLD. What is a good option 4in cat, any bigger?
  11. Thanks for the input. Hypergear you have good reputation, and a mate is running one of your turbos. He is very happy with your turbo! Give you a call this week when I have time, as I think might be safer to run something locally built. But hard decision when Persisions and FP seem to be making big numbers. But then again most of them are on US Dynos! Will keep you guys posted with results.
  12. Thanks Scotty. As you know I'm still not happy with the power and want more. I want to maximize my setup, retain AC, full interior and standard look. The r32 gtr is more than capable of handling this power, other than the gearbox. I have sent enquiry to Forced Performance, as they seem to have great results with the T3 flanged turbos. There new HTZ Super 99 or the Xona 95-67 look like the go to me. I had a fast rx-7 before I love top end power and don't mind lag. In fact i love lag gives others a chance. Also there is a lot of roll racing at QR these days an I love kicking ass, would be great to keep doing this with a t3 manifold
  13. Looking at upgrading my setup from the old GT3582R. Yes I have searched all week here and google, but there is a lot of options out there with new technology turbos. Basicly I want to increase power and sacrifice a little in response, around 1000 rpm is fine. I'm currently making 400Kw+ and would like 600Kw. I have a built rb26, mild port, hks step 1 cams 272, bc springs and retainers, 6 boost t3 manifold, gt3582r t3 0.82, 3.5 in exhaust and e85. My main problem is getting a turbo that will flow that much to fit where the GT3582R is. Have been looking at Precision, Forced Performance, Garrett, Borg Warner, Ect. Would like to keep water cooled housing for reliability as car is tracked. Let me know of any experience with these turbos, also there after sales service. Please only post first hand experience and no rumours.
  14. As in title. Can anyone help me nissan don't have the shims Also front grill got stolen need one, gunmetal best but can spray easily. I'm southside Brisbane
  15. I believe they are stainless mesh cleanable type. But good luck cleaning my old one above. That's a good plan as they are cheap and easy to buy
  16. OMG Piggaz! Looks like mine where, just found the photo on dropbox It looks black but once on your hands and drys out is white and dry powdery feeling (difficult to explain)
  17. Very interesting! Which Haltech has this function for lean out?
  18. Thanks for all your input, all is appreciated. Yes Leroy Peterson, the new aeroflow surge is designed for E85 and was recently released (don't know for sure, auto part guys tend to tell stories). Also had seen this black gunk stuff before I went E85. I have not personally seen it or had problems with it myself. But more input the better. I forgot to also add that I was running the Maditive E85 treatment and the lucas oils one too when I had the Alloy oxidation happening. They did not stop the alloy corroding, and were useless for my problems. You can come and get my bottles I have left if you want as they will be going in the bin. M2 Way Better! And have not seen any alloy oxide since.
  19. Thanks for that joey, I did not know that. More people!
  20. United E85
  21. Aeroflow surge alloy anodised inside and out for E85.
  22. I have had the following issues with running E85 over the last year. This is a daily car so ethanol has never sat in this car. 1. Orings on the injector shrunk and went hard causing a bad fuel leak. So bad that I could smell ethanol really bad pulled over and fuel was squirting across the engine bay. Lucky there was no fire and had to get towed home. Took the injectors out and the oring going into the fuel rail had shrunk a lot and where really hard. As I could just slide in and out easily and no longer an interference fit. Got Scotty to send new orings for ethanol, has solved this problem. 2. Aluminum oxide. This was from the surge tank I used. Did not realise that it was raw alloy inside. This blocked my fuel filter, residue was about 1-2mm thick. Unfortunately the guys that installed this install it before the surge. There for contaminating the whole system. So my solution was to fit two extra fuel filters after my twin 044, and run M2 Upper Cylinder lubricant. As this is designed for this problem with methanol. After running this, my fuel filters no longer have this white residue inside them. So problem solved. I do have a new aeroflow E85 surge to go in just need a hoist, as I don't want other people working on my car any more. 3. This caused my injectors to get blocked also. Had to clean them nearly every two weeks (cost a fortune). Each time they were out upto 40%. Talked to Scotty about this have just order the same cleaning and testing machine he has. I have to thank Scotty/ Scotty's Customs for his great help. He is an asset to our community and his aftersales support is unbelievable, always willing to help, a real giver! I you have had any other problems please add so we can all run this great fuel.
  23. I'll take the spacers as long as there hub centric location?
  24. I had this problem too. Ruining three 044, ac, stereo, amp, spitfires, HKS twin power, ect. Had an auto elec modified it, windings, rectifier i think . Can't remember of the top of my head the amp it was changed to but was a lot above the standard r32 gtr. Had on problems since was only around $200 and that was fitted. If your in Brisbane it was, service really good they dropped me off and picked me up too, but I'm local: AC-DC Auto Electrics 4 Bonemill Rd. Runcorn QLD 4113 I'm not associated with them in anyway just great guys, hard to find in the auto industry up here
  25. I'm making well over 400kw with a gt3582r. On E85, ARE intercooler, full e85 setup, twin 044 1600cc ect. Just do this as its not that much more work and will be very reliable. Yes it's a daily!
