the main reason I said get a turbo is that its 4Door. so if you are spending all the $$ on NA tuning it will end up heavy hence it would more practical to find RB25DET Neo 6 if possible.

You can get them new, its not car make specific. go to any mecahnic will order one for your or go to your nearst NISSAN and get seat belt. I would not trust 2nd hand seat belt.

Can you talk him into buying Steagea, I know they arent normally 7 seater but you can fit extra railing in the boot area if not and how much I dotn care for ford, go for Territory cuz they can go 4WD well kinda plus you get wickid plastic FORD DRINK BOTTLE
