ok I under stand his situation but law is law... I am with student visa also with work permit, so I really have to be very careful I dont over work... there are limitations you can /can not do with student visa, if he had studen visa then he shou've have studied not work!. it's the law... if he willling to work then should get employed by appropriate employer... Law is complica but if you are willing to learn it's easy and you know some thing others dont.
