polly because the shape of the fuel tank in skylines, I heared from the compliencer that skyline fuel tanks are kidney shaped one primary and sencondary next to it(or similar) so when fuel is low or cornering hard the fuel moves to one side away from the fuel pump then you get fuel surge... and looses heaps of power! It happend to be once when I was running very low on fuel with lights on in fact I thought I blew some thing but then when I filled her up all went fine! so I presume that shape of fuel tank is the cause... or perhaps you said fuel pump is out of bracket! cheers Joe
