  1. $200-$400 roughly for a genuine second hand one.
  2. Thanks guys for the answers. I've been searching for ages and now I'm gonna be ready for Summer, touch wood. Hope it's all gonna work!!
  3. Cheers. I did it free hand with a fine brush and model paint.
  4. Hi, Does anyone know how much gas and lubricant the A/C system takes in an R32 GTR? I need to regass mine as there was no gas to start off with and it will be using the old gas (not R134-a). The guy needs to know how much of the gas and lube to put in. Got a figure of 500ml searching past forums. Cheers.
  5. we were there from 1200 parked closer to kfc, and got outta there at 1240.
  6. Did mine last year using high temp paint Dupli.color metal cast silver. Great cos it's heat resistant.
  7. speedo jumpy due to speedo cable. fairly normal. Just remember it's not a new car and youll always be fixing little things depending on how it was driven and looked after. Ceramic turbo's don't like more than stock boost for long. gearboxes get on in age and bearings, schyncros wear out.
  8. mine soots a bit too. it's fairly normal thing. Usually mixed with condensation when motor is cold. PCV (positive crank case ventilation) valve is part of the emissions system. It stops air going into engine, only out.
  9. A great little cruise. Here's the pics guys. Pity there weren't more of us.
  10. next to penrith panthers.
  11. That was awsome for a laugh. me and my mates cracked up
  12. I'm guessing saturday night. I'm thinking of heading that way tonight. double demerits???
  13. waiting for pay day!!
  14. shit. that no good. Could be the head gasket, oil has more pressure than coolant so it will leak into coolant. You'd better hope it's the head gasket and not a crack in the block or head. Only way to be sure is to pull the head off. It could also be the water cooled oil cooler that is mounted on the oil filter assy that has cracked or something. good luck
  15. get a hold of some N1's 230kw atw 13 psi 274kw atw 17 psi but all setups no matter how similar can give different results.
  16. jaycar kits are good for that. they have one for that application.
  17. export degreaser in a can from supercheap. spray it and hose off. works great!!!
  18. My 32 GTR came with ohlins set up with RSR springs. The springs were too stiff so i put in whiteline spring set. the shocks are too stiff for sydney roads though, must be the valving. the front shocks have no adjustment but the rears have a H, S dial on the side of the tube. They r made in japan.
  19. buy the kit. $25 it's worth it many times over!
  20. Nice pics, you wouldn't think my wheels were 17x9's cos the tyres are only 235's. need to get 255/ 40's like yours gun.
  21. full synthetic 10w 40 is in the ball park....
  22. He's in for some G's!!
  23. Proven method: To keep ABS and run 2WD (for r32 only). undo the plastic liner on the boot latch and pull the connector on the relay shown in pic: Plug it back in to get 4WD again.
  24. what model. found the prob yet
  25. Or what i did was leave the ball joint assy on the steering arm and undone the rackend, then removed the nut so that the boot can be replaced. Saves pulling off the ball joint. Just undo the nut then unscrew the shaft out of the balljoint.(shaft should rotate) Also changed a couple of CV boots myself, they also tend to crack up and crap gets into the joint and stuffs them.
