  1. It's a chance to do some 'representation for the club too, and to get some prospective interest, that's why I mentioned it Cool, hope you can make it Nick!
  2. Wow, a lot of interest then....

  4. We know everyone loves a good cruise, so thanks to your events organiser yours truly, after a few months of neglecting my events job, we're going on one again. CAMS permit: SAU30092012 permit Sep 12.pdf Okay so here's the details; Date: Sunday 30th Sep 2012 Who: Anyone with any car (doesn't have to be a Skyline) but Skylines prefered We're taking a nice cruise from Kirrawee down to Headlands Hotel in Austinmer. From where? Well we're meeting up at 10AM, for a 10:30AM Sharp leave, at the parking lot near the corner of Waratah St and Bath Road in Kirrawee, up the road from Just Jap.. Where to then? Well, we head left out of that carpark to Toronto Parade, turn left, and follow this down to the Princes Highway. After travelling down to the Princes Highway, we hang a right heading for the Royal National Park turn off at Sutherland. As we near the National Park at Sutherland, we need to turn left down Farnell Ave. Once we turn here, there will be a bit of room on the left where we can pull over and get everyone to bunch back up. As we head into the Royal National Park, we'll be informing the "Gatesmen" that we are not stopping in the National Park and travelling through to Wollongong. (Which we are, into a northern Suburb of Wollongong). This means we don't have to pay to go through. From here we just shoot through the Royal National Park and pop out down the bottom at Bald Hill. After Bald Hill, we will be taking the left turn down Lawrence Hargrave Drive. We will follow Lawrence Hargrave Drive down until Headlands Ave, at which point we will turn left, and pull into the carpark at Headlands Hotel. Now this hotel does have some "Down Under Hollywood Class", being the main on-site filming location for the Australian Show headLand There is plenty of park land around the Hotel, and after a bit of a feed, I will be proposing a bit more socialising and some fun activities like photos and stuffs (Weather permitting) If the weather does fault, then we'll just stay inside, have our chats, and shoot some pool. On this cruise we will ALL be sticking to the speed limit. There will be NO DRIFTING. NO BURNOUTS NOTHING ILLEGAL! We will be the most courteous users on the road, and we will not be doing ANYTHING to cause any disrepute for the club. As with all SAU:NSW events, this cruise will run under a CAMS permit. This will be another fun day, with the only cost a bit of fuel, and what ever you decide to eat and drink. For those of you who decide you need more than one or two during the afternoon, please organise a safe way home. On this cruise we will ALL be sticking to the speed limit. There will be NO DRIFTING. NO BURNOUTS NOTHING ILLEGAL! Looking forward to seeing you guys there! BRING A FULL TANK OF FUEL!!!!

(Thanks Owen) available HERE (Click me baby) Those of you that have been to one of these before will agree, this is the best money you can spend as far as driving time for an event. The event will be run after run until 4.30pm, and considering most runs are under 1 minute AND that we're kicking off at 9am, that's a lot of runs This is a safe event where you only go as hard as you want to, there's no pressure, one car on a course at a time. Perfect for beginners to have a first try at driving their pride and joy off the streets. With that said, there's usually some friendly competition between mates, which is great to watch Timing for the day; Scrutineering/sign on starts 7.00am Scrutineering/sign on ends 8.30am (don't show up at 8.25am, come with plenty of time to spare) Drivers brief 8.40am (mandatory attendance all drivers) Runs start 9.00am Lunch approx 12.30pm depending on how the day is going (One hour) Runs stop 4.45pm Gates close 5.00pm Entrants please note: -All entered cars must arrive in time for and pass scrutineering, no exceptions. -All drivers must be licensed (AASA or CAMS) and show valid licence and expiry date at sign on. -All cars must have an insurance approved fire extinguisher secured within drivers reach. -Sidepipes are not allowed. No exceptions (this is not my choice, I ♥ gate) -Entries are open now, entries close as stated in Supplementary Regulations (at bottom of this post) to allow time for officials to organise paperwork. -Supp regs and Entry Form are attached. Entry forms without payment will be rejected. -Yes you can join SAUNSW on the day (allow an extra 5mins at sign on) -Yes you can organise an AASA or CAMS licence on the day (allow extra 10mins at sign on) -There is no EFTPOS/Credit Card machine on site, so bring cash and we will have change there for you. 6. It's okay. I'm keeping my stock front bar, to be different
  7. Hope it is grubscrewed too. Easier to clean crank oil feeds. And use some gloves with those L19 rod bolts!
  8. Haters gonna hate...
  9. Higher comp with boost, tuner will just take out more timing to compensate as a general thing to stay away from knock..
  10. Yep, you're right there
  11. Ah huh... Take your boat down then ....oh it's no worky?......
  12. I would but I have to attend the monthly exec meet. Make our club better for all of us Might go next week....
  13. +1 11's are so 8 years ago.......
  14. Remove clutch, grab a helper to help out on sunday with clutch. Buy a spec c and enjoy the fruits of your labour!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Was lucky it was on car when I bought it. Easier to source for 32's though.
  16. Collar suits all RB pumps as it drives more area of the pumps like the later gtr cranks.
  17. R34GT-T are the same too just for info..
  18. That's right, if you have an opinion on someone's car or item for sale, keep it to yourself or PM the person. It has been mentioned many a time. Or you can be a dick and then have your post removed and possibly get a friendly reminder to keep your said opinion to yourself. P.S Congrats on the sale
  19. Spotted SLO32 on Windsor rd this moring in his tough 32GTR, we were in the v8 450sx
  20. Dye the grey seats and trim black
  21. I recently got some PSS9's as well and yes, I know what you are talking about. I'm getting the same bouncy feeling as you, only in the back and I have dampers on softer setting. Seems like the setup of the rear shocks is not quite right...
  22. Over 2k.... no adjustment spanners, and missing a fitting kit. Fitted some new tein super streets to Karcher's 450sx. Went in no worries and handles way better and feels great on the road.
  23. Is going okay Matt, but I always want more.... Have got a couple of things for it recently: Some tein bonnet struts. Also got some bilstein PSS9 coilovers. Only issue is that one of the front coilovers didn't have the fitting kit (nut, spacer, rubber and adjuster knob) with it so I can't use them yet Will have to get that sorted asap.
  24. Sooo, my GTX2860's came in today. Just got either source some turb housings or see if -9 turbine housings fit.... A virgin block is at engine machinists getting prepped to my specs
  25. Yep, stock boost solenoid. See where the line from the turbo wastegate goes to. Either it has some sort of aftermarket boost control or boost tap, or it goes straight to the manifold.
