ture everyone was trying to protect there own interests in the end its all gone to crap now i hear nothing but bad stories - a mate of mine is the contact manager for Navy Driver training in Melbourne he stops by for a beer whenever he flys in.

I met John once or twice his name rings a bell the Army guys did it as a full time job we only sat in for our courses so the Navy troops had a Navy staff member there.

lol i spent my last 2 years in the Navy working with the Army noe they are oxymorons

Ken i used the one at Puckapunyal in victoria I was A Navy driving istructor there -- i think we had the firsts set in the country

we had this 25 kp/h hairpin they took me round it at 140 in a commodore that was stock except for steel rims and extractors. In one 1 hour session they would burn up 2 tyres a car and a complete set of brake pads -- used to have to change them for the joy of going for the ride

ol used to ride with the Victorian police highway patrol insturctors as they used the same place when we were in lunch brakes boy could they drive doing mock pursuits etc

I used to teach it in a "Skid Car " the ones with the dolly wheels set up attached The good old system of vehicle control etc etc

hmm handy facts we will be boffins if anyone ever gets a flat on a cruise with out a spare and Kens around -- he'll be able to say yes you can put them excel rims on that line etc etc lol
