Rule no 1 always lock you car doors when in the car in areas of doubt - i do this in Northbridge etc This is the reason while central locking/ unlocking is being phased out in newer cars in europe, where pressing the button only opens the drivers door as car jackers are hoping in the passenger side as you get in. You can download the form but have to take it in there is a number to ring on the DPI website to check availability i thinks its http://www.dpi.wa.gov.au/licensing??? i went through Ask Ted to find it. if you want to see what they will look like go to the NSW RTA site they have a area where you can try out styles /colours etc

No im very proud off both my sons they are wonderful -- im sure Psiker would buy a quality vehicle if he could but his situation at the moment precludes that -- i have been there and done that and understand that you cant have everything u want at once
