yeah nearly all defects are BS - you dont often see cops pulling up old shitboxes that are falling apart to get them off the road i dont see why people should be defected because of a bov or intercooler or pod - pain in the ass regulations, i cant wait till everything is so tied down and regualted that we get to all wear the same cloths and if you have funky socks the fasion cops will defect those because they are not made from fire retardant thread.

i wouldnt mind seeing the stats on all road deaths this year and over the last 5 years sorted by age. id would be good to see the raw data so we could actually make a judgement without all the spin, im not saying that they are fakin it up about a huge rise in p-plater deaths but really all the info im operating on is hyped up crap on the news and in the papers - and as alot of people have said they are only really reporting on any acco report with skyline in it. but yeah i dunno if its any different than its been for quite a few years, ive always seen at least a few white crosses on poles in towns ive been too for as far back as i can remember.

bah.. ppl wont learn just from seeing it happen to others, it usually takes some kind of incident weather it be a fine or something for it to hit home. but yeah we are only jsut seeing the skyline / p plater hype - i was driving home for christmas and there was a sign somewhere between hexham and port mac that said they had booked 1700 ppl in one week for speeding. yeah not all of em will be 70 km over the limit but im sure some of them would have been up there. the wost ppl are in dumb asses who beep their horns at skylines and p platers cuase they heard we are evil from the smart people on 'a current affair' that program should be banned from TV. sometimes the older drivers are the worst, the ones where they will diss a young driver and then be all like, yeah but its ok for me ! ive been driving for 6000 years... whatever bah.. well thats enough sterotypes out of me.. this shit will all blowover then they find another fat story they can milk some ratings out of..

yeah a series 6 RX7 would be fun, i was driving along a bit with one that had SP2 badges on it, anypone know whats the deailo with that model ? had a big front mount. sucks they cost an arm and a leg. ur 32 looks sweet, how long have you had her for ? i think a 180 would be fun but it would have to be modded to da max and have some phat bodykit happenin and be 6mm off the road. same with supras i dont think they look too hot until they have a little bodywork happenin like that special model TRD one.

i didnt push for much of a discount as the price for the gts-t was really good and i got a decent trade in for my old car, i think ud be able to get them down a bit or mabey like u said throw in some goodies instead, they had some zorsts there when i got my car that they may put on for you wich would be good

yeah thats about the same as my quote should be, im with justcar but i dont have as good a no claim bonus, so im payin a bit more - i had an accident ( single car, mine ) with NRMA a while back in my old car ( they let me keep my no claim bonus ) just car wacked me on the lowest one, OUCH ! - it was dumb of me to make the claim with NRMA, i should have paid for it out of my pocket.... ahhh hindsight - but since NRMA let me keep my no clair i though JustCar should bring that across to but they didnt want to hear about it. anyway it will be good next year when insurance comes around and ive got some bonus points back again, my wallet will appreciate it for sure. yeah im not sure about the resale on GTSs, i know id want turbz if i was goin a line - i really think the insurance rates Blow, i dunno if it would work but you should be given a better quote depending on your record more-so than your age, like if you have been driving for 3 - 4 years with no tickets no accidents - then there should be some releif from the under 25 nail ya with 400 bucks ya sucka excess. R32 on 3rd party might work out ok for ya, what i dont like on the 3rd party policy from just car is that with fire and theft i think they still only want to give you up to 5000 if it is stolen or burned or both.

i think stock vs stock the GTR would be the go versus the STi, my preference anyway does anyone know what you can screw the boost up to in an STi before having to do any internal work ? ( i dont even know what turbo it runs ) the GTR has a race car feel that is pretty awesome, plus attessa - wich gets a Huge tick in my book. what are you after in a car ? straigh line power or twisty fun ? i think the cheaper option would be to stick with ur 33 and get some handling bits, check out the handling pack from whiteline, thats what im looking at. not sure what ur suspension setup is like at the mo but i reakon the 33 gts-t can be quite a tight unit on the track with the right suspension setup - and u can always go for a bit more power with some more mods.

was that the F6 typhoon ? that seems like a good car on paper im glad the suspension got some attention, but yeah spose its good that they are getting their game on a bit, i still dont really like fords and holdens for the years and years of shity cars and re-badged gm heaps ( well most of the parts ). i sometimes have trouble admitting they are making some good cars cause of all the junk from them ive driven, like all the standard models - i mean i would choose like a U13 Bluebird over a commodore anyday. but i havnt got do drive the flash models, the new monaros seemed ok too, not really my thing but it felt ok. ill always love the nissans so much more sorry to get a little off topic

im not sure, it would be interesting to hear, i actually like the S1 bars though ( ive got an S2 ) one i did like was on www.nismo.com.au they had a 400R style bar with the S2 Blinker Light arrangement that looked nice, im thinking about that one not sure if the mounts are the same for the S1 or if the bottoms of the headlights Front grill level out at the same as the S2 would be interesting though - sorry i didnt help much but though id chuck that idea in
