i know that it aint coming from the brakes... and i know the clutch smell very well... and yeh i been burning rubber but that ain't the cause... any other sources that can cause burning smells? e.g. could it be burning up oil??

i hear that alot... whats it mean to get it engineered? as in, take it to an engineer and he gives you an official cert for yur mods? but the epa/cops can still dob you in yeh? so basically, you still get the hassle...

so does that mean if u produce that certificate, get yur car cleared that you won't get exhaust epa'd again? what happens if another copper the next days hears u scooting around and decides to be a wanker and report you again... do you hafta fork out another test and cert or can you use the previous one and shove it up their asses and say that yur legal??

damn, my mate got that bloody notice the other day too... so whats it actually take to bump over the dB limit? i got twin 2.5" pipes to dual muff's and tips. and mine is way soft... but i got a whole in one of my muff's... is 3" all the way + 5"tip still gonna be legal ya's think?

wish i could make it but got a big grandparents 50th golden anniversary where i gotta make speeches and stuff... grrrrR... but yeh, somehow i'd like to chip in $10 donation for the club/MAS stand? now that i think about it, i should stop tipping the cafe i always goto and save it up as donation for worthy cause like mad skylines and hot car model chicks.
