I agree with MJtru I think I'll re build the bottom do the basics good head gasket arp studs and bigger oil pump and bigger sump, new timing belt water pump. Just leave it standard too begin with and upgrade turbo and comp :-)

Found out my newly bought R33 gtst has blown piston rings :-(, anyways I'm planning on rebuilding it, what would you people recomend replacing if I plan on drifting. Thankyou

Oh ok sweet as thankyou, the motor is in a VL but I'm taking it out of that one and putting it in another one. So I'm just working out how much stuff I'll need and What I need to do to get it working well

So the front mount for r33 gtst will fit a VL with some customising of brackets and such

For a VL commodore :-) street use but powerful to make pretty good times on the 1/4 mile, so I want a fast realiable car
