    i was thinking of getting one of those for my R34 25 GTT. i expected full boost by 2800. only reason is i need response not top end plus its up to 350hp apparently and i definatly wouldnt want more than that sorta power

    aslong as it is a thin paint your fine, if its a thick paint it will stop air from flowing through it. so i'd water down the paint myself or alternatively get black mesh and put that across infront of the FMIC, just makes it harder to see and u still get maximum reflection which means less FMIC heat.

    as above.. however i have a R34 25GT and i can beat the V6 calais by about 2 car lenghts but i can also keep up with stock GTS-T's (till about mid 3rd gear) lol

    and if it did drop it 2-3 deg, the weight of the IC n piping would rule it out.

    imo, what does 3m of 2.5" pipe have to do with it when in the end its just into the atmo, i mean basically having say 4" full exhaust (just to make it plane obvious) thats basically the same as the air being dumped straight into the atmo.. i dont get how it could be easier to have air "sucked out" when it all ends up in the atmo in the end.

    not it wouldnt, it would be warmed up by the sun on it.. and trust me the temp difference wouldnt even be 4 degrees by the time it reaches the engine, ALL THE INTERCOOLER DOES IS COOL THE HEAT WHICH IS CREATED BY COMPRESSING THE AIR!!

    compressing air = heat, intercooler just reduces the compressed airs temp to ambient or close to it.
