  1. bump still looking or waiting to hear back from rowdyr32
  2. lol that would be insane
  3. hehe I remember afx that was awsome never had the gtr though, was too young to know what a gtr was when i was playing with afx
  4. i know what you mean about the power curve on a standard skyline, gtst's- r32's give you more of a hit when you come on boost, r33 and r34's dont give you as much of a punch but if yu take out that 5psi until X rpm out of the equation and have it on 7psi or wind it up a little bit they can be quite punchy, just keep the standard cooler or use an r34 gtt cooler until you actually need a bigger one because with low boost, smaller turbo and a big fmic you will notice the response difference between the smic and a fmic
  5. yes GTR's are going for 10k these days didnt you know that? see -> http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Fs...Gt-t276298.html and gtst are even cheaper -> http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Qu...He-t280436.html I'd grab the gtr mate its nearly 10 years older than this car and has no motor and if you want a comfy car the gtr is the go not a vip car like this<--hint of sarcasm btw very nice cedric free bump
  6. more likely the guy did it has a shyt 200 and needs bits for it and really doesnt give a fk about other people and doesnt want to pay for the bits, sad really
  7. that would be pretty fked up, i guess the only thing you could do is take a picture of the people before you take them for a test drive and ask them to leave their licence at you place or some form of ID, people are getting more drastic in stealing cars, i dont remember hearing about this kinda crap the much before but seams like its happening more and more these days
  8. here's a fast pic with the part im after circled in yellow
  9. hi if anyone has one can you please let me know, i need the alloy housing that the oil filter screws onto, the oil press switch screws into it also and the standard oil cooler bolts onto it
  10. pretty sure suspension is the same, from memory my coil overs were to suit 33 and 34, hehe if you can have a look in a kyb, monroe etc catalog and see if they have the same part numbers
  11. its pretty obvious that they're there if your looking through the window, how you gunna disable them without going into the car, as soon as you go into the car the alarm would go off and it'd be just like disabling any other alarm so why are you being a smart ass when all im trying to do is help the guy out. mayby i should take out the flashing red led as well so if someone walks past they might think it doesnt have an alarm and then get a rude shock when they smash my window.......... sorry i didnt realize you knew which one of the skylines in aus mine was shit i'd better watch out, here's a hint its not the car in my profile, that should help you break into my car a little bit more. hmmmm i reckon i should enter in at least which city i live in in my profile so that will help you a bit more, get down off your high horse and put a post in if you think it contributes to the relative topic tool
  12. should have told them it's a volvo disguised as a nissan
  13. oh man that that guy really killed his r35 made me depressed seeing that
  14. 1 good thing is it will get those bloody 4x4 that have been raised to dangerous proportions, i had to drive a raised patrol from hornsby to smithfield once for work and this thing was scary doing 70 along pennant hills road (speed limit) felt like it was going to tip over, i dont care if i cant drop my car, just so long as i can legally get it set up to stick to the road like sh*t to a blanket im happy, its dangerous to lower your car to much anyway, some of the "dropped" cars i see would be very uncomfortable and wouldnt hadle for shit, i put up with my car not being soft cause it handles but if its not comfy and it doesnt hadle whats the point? oh yeh so you can look sic bro end rant
  15. i got the m80s with the motion sensors inside, shock sensors etc and tilt sensors, so if somone wants to jack your car up to take the wheels it'll go off just before the wheel comes of the ground. but yeh dont skimp of the alarm, get a club lock as well just for looks more than anything you wouldnt want to have anything happen to your new car enjoy it
  16. I wouldnt even be racing on a track like that, we have it pretty good here, and yeh the s2k did swerve pretty violently, swearving like that at those speeds alone would put you off the track i reckon, but yeh you take it to the track you take it upon yourself, thats why every improved production driver ive talked to dont do open track days cause they dont trust the car or the talent of other drivers its good that both of you walked away RIP s2k
  17. mmm i guess when i get one I can ask for a certificate that says it meets emissions, if they are happy to give me one i guess they are confident but if they arent well ill think twice.
  18. sorry i stuffed it up and put the same pic up 3 times the one with the yellow circle as well as the red circle is the one to look at, I have the coil pack brackets and the loom now thanks, still need the rest
  19. I also need this part, its the fitting that screws into the back of the block, pretty sure it goes to the hose to the heater core, anyway its the thing circled in red and the pipes that go under the plenum chamber circled in yellow
  20. once the rb20 gets up in the rev range, well not that up but on boost it goes, just off boost it lacks torque, but hey boost comes on early ive had 2 rb20's in different cars and they are nearly indestructible
  21. you should be able to use your auto computer to run a manual but not the other way around
  22. if you wanna buy a new one just jap sell them for 125
  23. does anyone know which brand of metal cat is the one that meets emissions etc, the legit one? or can anyone recommend me a good high flow cat? 3 or 3.5"
