  1. Am interested in any deal that reduces my debt but depends on how much you want for yours. ATM rims are not for sale until whoever buys the car decides if they want std or vipers. Ken
  2. Hey chris , buy Spada 33 series 11 R33 so he can buy my GTR. Ken
  3. To bring a car in you will need either a C3 race license ( CAMS medical , track instruction session etc ) or an Australian Rally License ( replaces the old R3 ) PLUS proof of competition history. Canberra has really started to tighten up on this cos there are prolly more import rally cars out there than competitors so some people have been fibbing !! Ken
  4. Still available, offers ?? Ken
  5. I have the torque controller but what does the drag adaptor do and will you sell it separate ? Ken
  6. Depends if there aus or jap. Aus ones, ie king , whiteline, selby etc usually have somewhere near usuable spring rates. Most jap ones are designed for trucks ( or that's what it feels like ) so a normal bilstein may be overpowered by the very heavy jap spring rate. Ken
  7. I have imported a few cars over the years from the Jap auctions and my buyer gives dead accurate body reports. When the vehicles arrive, I invariably have to fix brakes, usually a clutch, sometimes repair a noisy diff or a stuffed syncro and give them a good tune. The trouble is, no matter how good the report and/or the buyer , they can't DRIVE them enough to pick up some of these problems. Sure, buy from Japan but unless you are or have a good friend who's a mechanic, any saving may be gone. You don't hear too much about the bad cars from Japan that someone has imported cos no one likes to admit they bought a lemon. My 2c Ken
  8. I have and have had 3 x93's and they are standard nissan brakes. Only the V spec had Brembo's BUT just cos it has brembo's doesn't necessarily make it a V Spec. Plenty of copies out there. Ken
  9. 240 kmh in a 300zx TT on Natone straight Targa 2000 250 or there abouts ( was a bit busy)in a 32 GTR across the top on Mt Arrowsmith 2001. Apart from relying completely on the pace notes and navigator ( cos your going over crests and getting air), it didn't feel that fast Both cars were rock steady, but good suspension and tyres helps. Ken
  10. No and No Ken
  11. No, as far as I know you have the option but using MAP with the 6 throttle bodies can , I've been told , cause some drivability issues.Translation is about 40 pages so is gonna take some time. Ken
  12. Ahh, let me see $1290 or $1580 for the same thing. Hmm that's a hard decision..... Ken PS Don't get me wrong, Johns a top bloke and I bought my Simmons from him but Wilko is a suspension specialist
  13. ERR, I don't think Wilko opens on Saturdays. Ken
  14. I assume your having a joke right ? At least I can prove from the auction sheet and original speedo that was in the car that it's genuine, unlike some of the supposed $40-50,000 Km examples around. Ken
  15. Jump on a plane, if you buy it I will pay the airfare and you can drive it home. Ken
  16. Yea, I heard that ,yet at motorvation he struggled to get 330 or so and Sumo ( black , techone ) got around 370 at the rears. Anthony wasn't happy !! Ken

  18. Is that the silver one with need4speed plates ? Ken
  19. Wilkinson Suspension in Bayswater. Agent for King Springs , Whiteline and a host of other. Can custom build and is used by a lot of wanners guys. tell him that Ken with the GTR's sent you and promised a good deal. Ask for Peter or Dale Ken
  20. OH MY GOD, someone pass me a bucket !! hehehe.True lust, er ,I mean love Ken
  21. The pro, in conjunction with the boost controller , is supposed to allow a sort of anti lag style launch control. Am waiting for my mate to translate the bloody jap instructions that came with mine, then I will tell you more. Ken
  22. Rob Not that it matters to me cos I have my own favourites , but you can't get into trouble for recommending someone, only if you bag them without just cause. IMHO I'm sure the tuner would be happy for the free plug as most times all you hear is how bad someone is, not how happy you are. Ken
  23. depends on how much money you wanna spend. Brilliant work but not cheap and very busy is Norm at Butler exhaust in Carlisle. Very good work , not qute so exxy and a little less busy is Jeff at Exhaust Dynamics in Belmont. Both do show quality work. I think one of the regulars here said Perth Exhaust centre but I don't know them personally. Ken
