Yea , it seems to blow smoke on over run which means the vacuum could be drawing the oil up past the rings on overrun. Could also mean that only your oil control rings are gone and the compression could be fine. Cheers Ken

Ohh and btw , I got the standing ovation tonight in the T*** place circle work . I am sure you know where I mean , just up from the place you frequent. Got it to do a rotate on the spot 4wd donut. Needed the wet rd to keep it going. phuck , I damn near passed out with the g force. Now I know what the WRC cars at forrest place must have felt like in the old days of victory donuts. No will still go but may have to find a backup plan if the engine is not back in time. Has to be machined etc , assembled and run in. Can see me running it in by driving to Albany. Lumpy won't let me have the Autronics on till the engines bedded. Untrust worthy bastard. Cheers Ken

Nope, bailed the car to CRed due to a lack of time and Lumpy owes me a favour. Pulled the engine out and has too much blowby. Am sourcing the forgies , metal h/gasket etc as we speak. I think this thing is gonna be a rocket ship when finished and will look cool with the blue rocker , polished trust pipes yada yada.. Cheers Ken

Thanks but in the east people seem to be willing to pay more. What is a Grade 1? In the auctions I deal with , that is classed as a for wrecking only. Grade 3.5 is the lowest* non major panel replaced * grade. Cheers Ken

Anything is possible with money. The engine bay has a lot of room and the engine , if dry sumped will fit between the firewall and the rad support . Cheers Ken

Hmm , not bad , total bullshit and all in one post. The Nissan option was a VG30dett which is a V6 , not a straight 6. If your R32 weighs 1150KG then I'm sure a few guys who race them will pay good money for it. An RB series engine will fit but the question is why would you bother for the expense ? Cheers Ken
