  1. they both get their fair share I think
  2. great car, at a good price too.
  3. If you come pick it up, you can have it for $180, nothing lower though.
  4. Total 1150? What dimension are you living in? Where'd you pull "Blu ray - 350" from>? I'll simplify it down for you: AUS PS3 eBay: $700 - $800 *cheaper full stop.* AUS PS3 from retailers: $1000.
  5. Nice one, 1080p then?
  6. ctjet have you got a HD TV? You won't be able to see the PS3s full output if you don't. Highly recommend a 1080p screen.
  7. Yeah I'd agree TVs can well priced in retail stores, I got my LCD at a very good price from JB. As for games on eBay, I've purchased them 25% cheaper via eBay & had quick delivery, no problems there. Yes sometimes you can get better deals in retail stores, but remember I said "typically" when I said eBay sells stuff cheaper, not “absolutely”.
  8. It’s just economics, bulk wholesale buying, lower business costs via the internet, no shock really. Search eBay & you'll see yourself. Surely you could have easily done that yourself if you really wanted proof? You don’t me to find you an example, you seem computer literate enough.
  9. Yes I was talking about AUS PS3s, they are much cheaper on eBay full stop. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than retailers in fact. Everything is cheaper on eBay typically.

That session was using the kit lens, EF-S 18-55mm f3.5-5.6. I’ve since upgraded. Thanks, yeah unfortunately there’s not too much room to move when you’re taking close ups in front of a highly reflective surface, I was paying attention to reflections but to get the angle I wanted I had to compromise with a little shadow.

Thanks! Yeah I used the meguiars tire spray Canon 400D Thank you
  12. Watch it down to the last minute, keep an eye on bid activity, & in the last minute if its still a good price, bid on it then. You'll need to be the last 'bid snipper' yourself
  13. Yep! Looks like a winnah! Keep an eye on it.
  14. You’re going to need to check it out yourself to see what’s for sale when you’re in the position to buy, but I think it’ll be somewhere around $700

  17. Not really, not compared to eBay!
  18. Blu Ray movies are already being region coded & this will continue to increase, yes there are blu ray movies out there which are not region coded, but region coding will quickly become the standard. I think its quite important to get a PS3 made for your region if you want to be able to play all current & future Blu Ray / DVD titled released for you area. Blu Ray region coding: http://80.161.213.38:81/
  19. eBay (but make sure it's an AUS release PS3, just so you can play all AU Blu Ray & DVD movies on it too).
  20. No, quite the opposite actually, they released firmware 1.8 specifically to include Media Server support, there’s big “Find Media Server” icons in the XMB now, WMP 11 Media Server & Nero Media Home also work. Why you always gota be so negative dude? You know you come across as little whinging b#tch with all the pessimistic comments you post. Are you Emo or something? Sounds like you need something to bring some joy into your life man so you’re not always constantly knocking everything, you must be emo I swear. Sony aren’t stupid, they know what people want. They’re going all the right ways with their firmware releases, they get better every time. You should read about the upcoming future releases like 2.0 too.
  21. This is the best thing since sliced bread! ‘ok well actually a hell of a lot better than that but you get the drift’ PC / PS3 Media Server *FREE http://www.tversity.com/home To to get it working: http://www.ps3forums.com/showthread.php?t=75081 So awesome, via LAN cable or wireless you can link your PC up to your PS3 & watch any movie, song, or pictures via your PS3 on your TV. The largest TV in my house is connected up to my PS3 so now I can watch the hundreds of TV shows & movies I have on my computer through this media server all on the big screen, so handy!, previously I was converting all my favourite stuff to MP4 then constantly burning DVDs, not anymore!
